The original listing stated that the apartment had 3 bathrooms as well as 3 bedrooms. It, however, only has 1 bathroom to share between our 6 people. This ended up not being a problem but it was shocking at first. The apartment was clean and the main area was spacious. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the rooms were tiny, as in the full size beds barely fit. One of the televisions in the rooms was broken and they only picked up Spanish-speaking channels and 1 or 2 others. The location was amazing, right in the middle of great bars and restaurants. The biggest problem with this property is the management. When first contacting them I had no problem receiving return emails or contacting them over the phone. As the process continued I could never nail down exactly what my payment options were (first they said they could charge my credit card, then they couldn't) They are flighty and inconsistent. We had no idea how we were going to get the key or how we should pay until the day before our trip. When we arrived we had to wait almost 1 hour for someone to show up to let us in. On the day of checkout I called every number I had for them and no one answered and all voicemail boxes were full. I emailed asking what to do with the key because I had to catch my flight and didn't receive a response until 4 hours later when they were upset because a key was missing. I had to overnight the key, at my expense, because of their irresponsibility. My only piece of mind is that I bought insurance prior to booking so I will get my money back, eventually. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! Your happiness is not their priority. There are too many other responsible landlords in the city to use these people.
