I should have reviewed this place sooner, but better late than never! My roommates and I traveled to Miami for spring break and we're so glad we stayed here. The place was phenomenal! It was exactly as it looked in the pictures and was a much better decision than staying in a hotel on south beach(I read hotel reviews and saw pictures that scared me). I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone that comes to Miami. Its close enough yet far enough, and truly a hidden gem! The owner/staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They picked us up and took us back to Ft. Lauderdale airport for $70 (which was extremely reasonable) and even gave us a quick tour before taking us to our condo. If you're considering staying here, do it! You won't be disappointed!

It's a gorgeous apartment !! I stayed there for 10 days and if I could, I would live there. The kitchen is missing nothing, the TVs are nice, it all was just like says in the description. Everything I needed I had it close to me, it's well located, close to Lincoln Road Mall, so I definitely loved it. I rent a car, so for me the garage inside the building was really good. I deeply recommend it !

This was my first time to ever do a VRBO. I enjoyed my stay at the condo. I was coming in for a conference at the convention center. I booked a little late for the conference and all of the major hotels nearby were completely full. A friend suggested VRBO and it turned out great. This condo is literally across the street from the conference center. The outside is a little dated as are many buildings in Miami Beach. However, the inside has been completely renovated. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi was available as were flat screen TV's in both the living room and bedroom. After arriving at the condo, I didn't require a cab again until it was time to head to the airport. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Lincoln has many places to eat and there is a Macy's across the street if you need to pick up some additional clothing. The only downside is that there isn't a washer/dryer in the appartment. It is outside on the first foor near the elevators. Otherwise, no complaints.
