The patio around the new pool is professionally landscaped. There is a grilling patio just outside the lanai enclosure to provide our guests with the flexibility to enjoy the grounds while grilling the fresh catch (or steak) of your choice. The patio includes comfortable seating/sunbathing chairs and an outdoor hot/cold shower. While smoking is strictly prohibited in our home, you may feel free to smoke outside on the patio.

The master bedroom contains a king size bed, full chest of drawers for your clothes, large closet, its own ceiling fan, 42” Plasma HDTV, telephone, alarm clock. A bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a single sink, walk in shower, commode, hairdryer, and weight scale.

The second bedroom has two queen size beds, full chest of drawers for clothes, large walk-in closet, 32” TV, and alarm clock. This en suite bedroom has a tub/shower, commode, and single sink.

Our family room, which is connected to the dining room, is used for relaxing, internet access, and enjoying the entertainment system. It contains a sofa, three comfortable chairs, along with a DVD player, and 42” LCD HDTV. Movies can be rented at the local Publix grocery store. Free high speed cable internet service is provided during your stay. Just bring your laptop or tablet and hook up. The telephone allows for free calling within the continental United States.

We have tried to provide you with everything you need to make your vacation a memorable one. You’ll find games for the kids, beach chairs, beach cart to pull to the beach, toys, pool noodles, beach towels, all linens, hand soap, and a whole lot more. You will find it easy to rent items on the island, like, bikes, boats, kayaks, beach supplies, baby supplies, or a golf cart. Upon your arrival, you will find a binder in our home that includes information on the island, restaurant’s, things to do, how to rent items, local attractions, etc.

Best of all we’re located within walking distance to almost anything you may want to do or may need, and if you want to go further, we are only one block from the FREE ANNA MARIA TROLLEY STOP, corner of

Willow and Gulf. Historic Pine Avenue is a short 4 block walk that has quaint shops, cafes, restaurants, including the General Store, Ginny's and Jane E’s where you can browse the gift shop or sit down with locals in the café. Grocery shopping couldn’t be more convenient with the Publix store being only 3 miles away (which can be reached via the trolley).
