Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible Bed(s), 3 Baths (Sleeps 7-15)

This is a newer luxury townhome on the quieter, West end of Panama City Beach, but still close to all the action. 2000 sq ft, only 300 steps to the spectacular, pristine, sugar sand beaches and just 7 minutes to Pier Park and 1 minute to Thomas Donuts. Modern decor is all new inside, including furniture, bedding and stainless steel appliances. Granite, marble, and Corian countertops throughout. Tile and carpet flooring. All beds have 500 thread count sheets, hypoallergenic duvets, and plenty of pillows. Walk-in closets throughout host your own beach chairs. There are even sand toys and a crib for younger ones. This very flexible home can be rented as 1bed/1bath efficiency, 2bed/2bath or all together 3bed/3bath unit. Community pool and spa with sun chairs, gas barbeque, small fitness room and guest laundry. All rooms have ceiling fans. Ultra secure keyless locks with code changed between each guest. WiFi throughout.

The first floor contains a separate, locked keypad, studio efficiency unit. The 2nd and 3rd floors are rented together as a separate, locked keypad unit. You can rent the 1st floor-studio efficiency separately, the 2nd and 3rd floors together for a 2 bed/2bath unit, or all 3 floors for a 3 bed/3 bath unit.

Just 2 miles from FRANK BROWN SPORTS COMPLEX, host of the FAST PITCH WORLD SERIES and the new AQUATIC CENTER where you can enjoy the Olympic size pool and the fantastic children's water park for about 5 dollars a day!

The owner Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. From day 1 she was very helpful. Once we arrived at the property I was wowed... Larger/roomier than expected with all the amenities. Not located directly on the beach, however great location to pier park and a short walk to the beaches. Overall just a great experience, Id deff consider this property for future travels.

Great time by all

My family and 2 other families shared this condo. We had a great time! The location was very nice and the beach was not crowded there. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the community and we loved the convience of the shopping and the amenities! I cooked every day there for all of us and really loved the kitchen. I just wish that they had a blender. ha ha So if you want a blender bring one. And if you are a wine drinker go to the winery it is wonderful! Thanks Michelle for a great time! We look forward to coming and staying again.

The beds are to die for!

This unit was clean and spacious. It had plenty of top dollar linens especially on the beds. The beds were probably the most comfortable I've slept on in any condo, and I've stayed in a lot of condos. The area is quiet and the walk to the beach is very short. My family also liked how close we were to Pier Park. The owner Michelle was very easy to communicate with and got back to me quickly with any questions I had. The month passed too quickly!!!

Wonderful place for mulitple families!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was perfect for our family. We had my family of 5, my inlaws, and my parents. We could spend time together and also go to our own floor when needed! We were there for the USFA world series, it was about 5-10 minutes from the field. The beach is within a few minutes walking distance! You are only about half a mile from peir park but it is nice and quiet (away from the crowds! ) I only called Michelle twice... once a problem/question with the air (she immediately helped me fix) and to ask if she had another night for us to stay!! We placed 3rd in our division and had a wonderful vacation. This place is highly recommended and when we return we will be contacting Michelle!

Excellent Vacation Destination!

Our large group of three families with small children and even a couple of teenagers fit perfectly into this beautiful town home! We were just steps from the beach and also enjoyed the community pool and hot tub each day. Everything was sparkling when we arrived. Panama City Beach has something for everyone, so we all had a great time. Pier Park was a favorite attraction. Michelle was great to work with, always very friendly and willing to work with our large group, helping make it a fantastic week of many memories for all of us. Would highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful townhome. It is new and very clean. Michelle was responsive and friendly. We rented for the month of January and were very very disappointed that we had not secured the rental for February also. My husband and I rented the top two floors and had more space than we needed. We did have visitors and everyone agreed that it is a great place to stay. We could walk to the Carousel Market and Thomas Donuts. It is very close to Pier Park which was very nice. It is also only about 15 or 20 minutes to the new Airport. We loved the location.
