*Unit also has internet, 32' flat screen TV in the living room and DVD player, queen-size pull out couch and washer and dryer INSIDE the unit.

ABOUT THE CONDO AND SURROUNDING AREA:

Our complex 'OCEAN REEF VILLAS' is small and very friendly with just 48 units. Our on-site manager, Janet, is always willing to help. A shady area near the pool is for those who want to sit and watch the waves. A shuffleboard and tennis court are also available .

Our pool is heated in winter and a kiddie pool for the little ones. They both overlook the ocean, There is a clubhouse as well.

We are within walking distance to drug stores supermarkets, restaurants, etc. New Smyrna Beach is the nicest city in Florida with so much to explore and see. It is quaint, quiet, and the old town businesses and shops are exciting to visit.

Golf clubs are everywhere. Bike and kayak rentals also available . Nationally recognized restaurants close by, and cannot forget,the great fishing in the ocean and river.

Daytona beach is a just short drive away with lots of excitement,if you want it. Canaveral National Sea Shore (to the south) has trails and pristine beaches, and butts up to cape Kennedy. Straight out Atlantic ave.( route A.1.)

Orlando, (Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, etc.), St. Augustine, and Cape Canaveral are all with in a 1.5 to 2 hours drive.

DIRECTIONS TO OCEAN REEF VILLAS:

From the North: Take 1-95 South to New Smyrna Beach. Exit Route 44 (right).

Go East on 44 (changes it’s name to 3rd)

Keep going straight East to Atlantic Ave. (You will see the Holiday Inn ahead). Follow the road and as you veer to the right, move into left lane. Prepare to turn left into O.R.V. parking lot. The Holiday Inn is 2 buildings before the complex.

From the South: Take1-95 North to N.S.B. Exit

State Rd. 44. Exit at New Smyrna Beach - same as above. From Orlando International Airport, take 436 North to the Bee Line X-way East to 1-95 North to - same as above.
