The perfect location for fun and relaxation! This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom townhome is situated in the lush, gated community of Encantada - one of the closest resorts to Disney. Enjoy the area's attractions before escaping to relax in your own private paradise... enjoy the private pool, dine outside with the view of the lake as your backdrop, take a stroll along the walking path, explore the many amenities of the Mediterranean styled clubhouse or even catch a fish from the fishing pier!

Recently updated, each bedroom features its own flatscreen tv with three DVD players located throughout. This home is the perfect place for families. Even small children are easily accomodated with the home's 2 pack n plays, Fisher Price Rock n Play cradle, Fisher Price Spacesaver highchair, bed rails and quiet time toys. The themed bedrooms feature the Disney Fairies, Disney- Pixar Cars and a Wii! The Disney video library is sure to be a hit when unwinding at the end of the day. A sleep sofa and an additional roll-away bed allows for multiple sleeping configurations. The community playground is just a short walk away!!

We loved loved loved the condo!!!! We have told others about it! Everything the owner said about the property is very true. Very close to everything grocery stores and resturants and Disney World parks. We will definitely stay there again. If you have a question or a concern just emal the owner and she will definitely get back in touch with you, Very good choice for a place to stay!!!! Heated pool is the way to go!!! Mary

Beautiful Stay

We came for the weekend just to get out of Tampa and take the kids to SeaWorld. The place was beautiful and better than expected. My family had a blast and we would love to come back again. My recommendations would be....

Read the binder on the table....the prior tenants didn't and left trash in the front when your suppose to take it to the compacter by the clubhouse.

Pay the extra for pool heating....It was hitting like 90 degrees outside and the pool was still cold because the screen is so tightly shut.

When looking for restaurants, the interstate, or shopping make a right when leaving the place. The first night we went to Walmart which was close but Publix was right around the corner. We didn't see everything until we went to breakfast the next day.

I am so happy because everything that was promised by the owner was given.
The pictures that have been presented on the Homeway site are really true.
Everything has been organized in order to receive us, the house was cleaned and the linens and towels were available.
I recommend this house for everybody.
