Thank you for offering us such a wonderful home for our niece's wedding. What a gem! Room for all ten adults and two infants! Plenty of space for all to get our "make-up" on and dressed for the big event. The rooms were perfect for each of the new parents and their babies..and when our kids had to rehearse Friday night around your aunt's piano...the babies were still able to stay asleep with the interior doors, and upstairs room. Thank you so much for providing us with a wonderfully, welcoming home. All of our children said we should plan another gathering when we aren't as rushed, and have more time to enjoy the Santa Cruz area. Hopefully we can do that in the near future.

There is a group of eight of us that have been coming here for the past seven or eight years for out get-away for Super Bowl weekend. Our stay is for four nights. It is a perfect location for us. There are several golf courses nearby and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is just a short distance away and the beach is within two minutes.

The rental is always clean and well maintained. It has everything anyone would want or need for their stay. All you need to bring is what you want to eat or drink. The description of the rental that is posted on the website is exactly what you expect when you get here.

Maggie has been very helpful and has provided excellent service to us during the past years. I would highly recommend this rental to a family, a group of men and women for a get-away, or to anyone that needs a comfortable place for a few days.

We had a 3 day, 2 night staff work retreat. The space was large enough to accommodate our staff and had enough space to have comfortable 'family' meals. The only thing we didn't account for was the number of beds. Yes, it can sleep 11 people, but didn't realize that it would mean folks would have to double up in beds. Look at the list of beds in the ad to make sure your group can fit. Otherwise, an overall pleasant experience. Also, the owners were very easy to work with around our reservation and were flexible with our needs around check in/out time. All the contract information was clear and straightforward.
