This Home is on Clam Lake just off Torch, and Many like this home because of its location and easy access to Torch lake , Clam Lake , and Lake Bellaire. It is easy on and off Torch lake, you can keep your boat right at our docks in front of the home right on Clam Lake and on Clam Lake you are always protected from the strong winds of Torch Lake. Other fun things are Fishing, Skiing, boating, pontoon riding, kayaking ,relaxing. you get the picture. FUN Fun Fun

This home is on 1 acre of land Across from Northaire resort on Clam Lake , and is owned by the same owner. This home has full access to 240 feet of clam lake , torch lake , with a dock for your own boat or rental, just in front of this home, and the privacy of being just off the lake, for some peace and quiet. It is a 1800 sq foot home Totally remodeled and brought up to date with all new beds, new carpet, new dishes, pans, and appliances.

Excellent Experience!

We rented the Blue house and were very happy with our experience. Dale and Sharyl are very welcoming and accommodating hosts. The house and furnishings were like new! We entertained over 12 family members and friends and everyone had a great time. The location is awesome because it is very close to Torch Lake. We also rented one of the resorts pontoons which worked great. I would recommend the Northaire Resort to everyone. Vacation and family time is very valuable and this is a great value......Thanks Dale and Sharyl we will be back for sure
