Great condo!
We recently rented this condo from Anna. Before departing, Anna was very gracious to answer all of our questions. It was nice being able to speak directly with the owner.
We were very pleased with her unit. It was clean, and exactly what the pictures represented. No matter what room you were in, you could always look out and see the beautiful ocean view. I would have to assume that she has one of the best views of the ocean! We took some amazing sun rise pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and the pots and pans were all new. We used the coffee pot and the toaster in the morning for a light breakfast. The kitchen is stocked well enough so you could make full dinners, but we did not.
This was our third time staying at NWP, and our first time renting direct from an owner.
The pool was very clean, and there was never more than 6 people at it. One of the reasons we love NWP.
I would highly recommend this unit!

Amazing time and we will be back!
This was our third visit to the island and NWPR. Every year it gets better. Anna, the condo owner, was excellent to work with. The views from the condo are breathtaking, the pool refreshing, the spa relaxing, and the beach is nearly private. NWPR is the only resort on the northern part of the island, which is perfect for young families, older couples, honeymooners, and families with teens that like to explore. You will need a rental car, but this option will afford you the liberty of roaming the island and seeing all its amazing beauty. We will be back! Thanks so much, Anna! We loved it and we will most certainly be back soon!!!!

Excellent place to stay, great views of ocean, very quiet and safe area. Only about a 10 minute drive from town / airport. Both balconies in picture are yours to enjoy, the upper one is off the master bedroom while the lower one is off the living room. Nice pool on site as well as a restaurant, however kitchen is fully equipped to do your own thing. Owner was very nice to deal with and provided great instructions, i would certainly recommend this condo to families looking for a more quiet & relaxed vacation.

Paradise found!!!
This condo was exactly what we were looking for - unobstructed beachfront views, peace and quiet and enough room for the family. The condo itself is multi-level (even with 2 separate decks facing the ocean) so there is plenty of privacy. It was also immaculately clean and not a bug to be found ( a true rarity for anyone who has done a tropical location rental). Northwest Point is indeed a bit "out of the way" if you want to be in the middle of things but that is exactly how you get what is, for all intents and purposes, your own private beach and pool. You can walk forever down the beach. You'll get tired before you run out of beach! You do need a car but it's only about 15 min to downtown. And don't listen to any concerns about the stretch of dirt road to the resort - we found it to be one of the smoothest bits of road on the island (watch those downtown potholes and speed bumps - they're killers). If you want total relaxation, I can't recommend this rental enough! Everyone in the group had a great time and we can't wait to go back! And by the way, the owner is a gem - very responsive and helpful with tips and suggestions, etc.
