The available apartment (#3 1st floor) consists of the grand parlor level of this 1860 townhouse.

This large 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment was renovated June 2012 and features all new furnishings. In one of the bedrooms is found a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms feature closets with built in shelves and drawers.

The living dining area features a queen size sofa/bed, desk and dining table for up to 8 people.

A twin size blow up mattress can be provided. I also have available a Porta Crib.

In the living room is a television, stereo, DVD player and phone. the phone service allows calls to the USA and Canada. The apartment also features air conditioning, wireless internet service,hardwood floors thru out and a great kitchen. the kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances.

The apartment has air conditioning in all 3 rooms. Please note from the pictures the very high ceilings which makes the apartment feel even larger. The large windows provide lots of light and nice views.

In the all new open kitchen is a gas stove, refrigerator , dish washer, micro wave and granite counters.

The kitchen is fully equiped with a toaster, coffee grinder, coffee maker and cooking utensils.

In the building is found a coin operated washer/dryer. Just next door is a laundry where you can drop your clothes off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon.

All linens, towels and blankets are provided. A starter supply of soap and paper products provided.

My friends and I didn't want to spend a fortune vacationing in Boston, so we needed a place big enough for all seven of us to stay, and something centrally located so we wouldn't have to rent a car or anything.

This condo met our needs as it is incredibly affordable and conveniently located, but we were blown away at how cute it is! The ceilings are vaulted with what looks to be the original crown moulding, the kitchen is chic and modern, the bathroom is recently refinished, the bedrooms are spacious and comfy, and my favorite part was the stoop out front!

There are too many amazing places to eat nearby, and we were so pleased to find that the Museum of Modern Art, the Boston Library, the Freedom Trail, and even the ocean are so close by. If I ever travel to Boston again, I will stay here!

Want to feel like you live in the heart of the city? This is the place for you! Situated among Brownstones, quaint shops and restaurants, this apartment is only a 10 minute walk to Copley Square. The Back Bay Station is close for MBTA transportation if desired. We enjoyed David’s Tea shop right across the street and The Beehive is a hopping Jazz club that shouldn’t be missed. The owners are fantastic to work with; very responsive and helpful. They are always just a phone call away to field any questions about the apartment or the city. We were a party of 6 women and found the apartment to be plenty big enough, accommodating and as described. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this great appartment with my wife, my father and mother in law, and my 14 month old daughter. It was amazing.

The neighbourhood is beautiful and calm. Living/dinning room is really spacious. It has AC in all rooms and a big tv with cable (maybe a few more channels available from cable could be good)

Bedrooms were really nice with a huge bed in the master room.

Kitchen is great too, with all necessary appliances.

We had a car which we could leave parked in front for a limited time of 2 hours, due to city restrictions. When we went sightseeing and didnt use the car, we just parked it at a nearby parking.

Glenn, the owner was easily contacted if anything was needed, as were the people that worked with him. Great "customer service"!

Highly recommended.
