Beautiful 3BR/3BA Gulf Front Condo - 'All Inclusive' Rates - Incredible Views!!!

This gorgeous condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico. It is on the 11th floor, so views are unobstructed and spectacular! Ship Island can be seen out in front of the condo. For closer views, use the telescope in the living room. You can also clearly see the casinos in Biloxi.

Fabulous dining can be found very close to the condo at White Cap (Seafood), less than a mile to the west, the Blow Fly Inn (Seafood), about a mile to the north, Skeeters (great sports bar) for awesome wings, multiple TV's, pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere. There are many, many other great restaurants to choose from. These are just a few of our favorites.

There is a fishing pier less than a mile to the west, and more golf courses than you can play in a week very close to Sienna.

The condo is very spacious, it has a wonderful kitchen, seating in the dining room for eight and a huge laundry room with full size washer and dryer. You won't be disappointed!!!

Gulf Front property located at the newest condo in Gulfport, Sienna on the Coast. The condo is #1104 on the eleventh floor with perfect vies of the Gulf of Mexico, Ship Island and Biloxi. It is 1,854 square feet of luxury.

Sienna is a new construction, condominium complex, just completed in May of 2007. It is located in the heart of Gulfport's coastline on Beach Drive, and is currently the only condominium in this area for 4.5 miles to the West and 3.0 miles to the East.

Spacious interior with excellent amenities including granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the chef ready kitchen. There is also a walk-in pantry and a built in wet bar with any type of glassware you might need for mixing the perfect drink.

Beach style furnishings are comfortable and inviting. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, that has access from the living room and master bedroom.

Huge flat screen TV's can be found in each bedroom and in the living room, which has a 50' flat screen TV.

The master bedroom has a spacious king size bed and well appointed bath. This bedroom also has a 32' LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bed and private bath. It also has a flat screen TV with DVD player. The third bedroom contains two twin beds, an adjacent bath accessible from the bedroom and hallway and a flat screen TV. The pull out sofa in the main living area is a queen size bed as well.

The unit can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. All linens are provided.

The dining area seats six comfortably with two extra chairs, so a total of eight can be accommodated at the table. The bar has seating for an additional four.

A full size washer and dryer are located in the huge utility room for your use and convenience.

Cable TV is available in every room.

Internet is provided via secure wireless router. (WEP key provided for all guests)

Close to the casinos in Gulfport and Biloxi, it is also located just minutes from the Gulfport/Biloxi International Airport. Emeril's newest restaurant is located due West on West Beach Boulevard, and the food is delicious.

I will attempt to beat other reasonable offers. This condo is one of the nicest on the coast.

Beautiful Condo

This condo has it all! We've stayed in several condos in Biloxi, but this by far was the best. The kitchen is completely stocked with plenty of bar ware, dishes, silverware, pots - everything you could need. The living area is very large and wide with a great balcony to view the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Sienna on the Coast is in a great location and a beautiful property. Rob was great to work with and very accomodating. The unit was very clean and plenty of linens. We can't wait to come back for another visit!

Thank you, Rob for your prompt attention in the rental process! We were fortunate to find availability for Thanksgiving week.
The condo is spacious, clean and well-equipped. I did lots of cooking and found everything I needed and more in the kitchen. The furnishings were lovely, better in person than the pictures. Of course the view is priceless, especially the sunrises and sunsets.
The condo is safe and quiet. The location is convenient for restaurants (White Cap and Lil Ray's) and the casinos. I would highly recommend this property and expect to come back in the near future!

This condo was everything described and more! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, everything in it like new. Top of the line bedding, furniture, appliances, etc. We took advantage of the pools, hot tub, beach and shopping on our girls' weekend. The floor to ceiling windows looking out on the beach made even our inside time most enjoyable. Wine and cheese out on the balcony...this is definitely a place we'd like to return to with our husbands!

Spacious, Lovely Coastal Living

My family and I stayed in this condo at the end of July through the start of August. We loved the views, the balcony, the easy location, the spacious and comfy living. The building staff members were friendly and welcoming, and we absolutely loved our stay.

Family Vacation

The condo was more than expected. Very clean and felt just like home. The kitchen was supplied adequately for ready use. This was our first time here and our family enjoyed every minute. My wife and I with our children ages 3-16 yrs felt as if we never wanted to leave. Rob was very easy to work with and we hope to enjoy this condo again in the future.
