This was a great spot for a 4-day vacation with our 7-year-old grandson. He loved the attractions in the area, as well as the short walk to the pool and beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, and won't hesitate to consider this spot again.
This was our first time using VRBO -- it was so easy! We'll definitely do this again.

Very nicely decorated, great location with a very easy walk to the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Can not wait to return.

Very Nice Condo!

My kids and I enjoyed this trip very much! The condo was clean, cozy, and luxurious, with several amenities. The washer and dryer were nice to have right in the condo, especially for wet bathing suits and towels. The beds were very comfy, and the rooms were large. Sooooo much better than a hotel!!! The owner answered all of my nitpicky questions beforehand and all his answers were accurate. I'd recommend this place to any who would ask.

Thank you so much for sharing you home with us. We loved every minute we had here! Our kids had an amazing 1st trip to the beach and cried when we told them it was time to pack up and go home. The condo is awesome and definitely made our stay here very comfortable and became our home away from home.

What a great find! We have loved it here. The layout of the condo is ideal for parents and kids. The walk to beach was easy and we loved seeing all the ducks along the way. I (mom) especially loved the QUALITY washer and dryer so I now don't have to do laudry when we get home :-)

This was a very special trip for us. It was the first time our children experienced the ocean. We enjoyed perfect weather, wonderful waves and great food. We are all already talking about next year when we come back.

WOW! What a beautiful condo. We had the pleasure of spending two nights here, and none of us wanted to come home. This condo feels like a second home with the amenities of a five star resort. From the plush carpeting to updated furniture - we were all around impressed. Not only did the owner go above and beyond to accommodate our every need, but we felt so comfortable and relaxed while staying at the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need from cork screws to extra paper towels. The beach is a very short walk away (which was my main concern) but, I was happily surprised with how close it was. Wal-Mart and other restaurants are also close by. My only complaint would be that you can really hear your neighbors through the wall. That, however, did not detract from our stay. We enjoyed every part of the condo - especially the deck overlooking the pond. One thing is certain, these pictures just don't do it justice! Thank you so much Mike & Nancy, we really enjoyed ourselves!

Owner's Response: Regarding hearing their neighbors, they must have had some really loud neighbors, it takes a lot to hear anything from the units on either side. Never heard anyone else who had that problem so it is no common. Unfortunately that can happen any place one stays.

Highly Recommend!

We spent a week here in April 2011 and had a fabulous time. The owner is very helpful and available if needed. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo was spotless. It is a short walk to the beach, but much more affordable than the waterfront properties. Very convenient to golf and restaurants. The only (very minor) negative was that the master bed seemed small for a king size. Kingston Plantation is a great community, as well. We will be back!
