Its special design and the beauty of its interior is really something unique. I think it is the perfect place for everyone who likes comfort, luxury and to experience something different while travelling.

This apt is in a great location with excellent proximity to both the historical district and the freeways. It's quiet, there is parking for 2 cars and it's got everything you'll need for a wonderful stay in Zagreb. The public trasportation is only a 5 minute walk, but if you're a walker, you can walk about half an hour to the city center to take in the sights. There are 2 little corner markets 1/2 a block away with a little bit of everything, even fruit and veggies and a larger one (on your walk) near Jalacic Square. The pizza place across the street has the best pizza I have ever had!
We took a side trip to Samobor to sample the local sausage scene. We were not dissapointed! I liked them better than in Germany... can I say that outloud?
Our guide book warned us about the locals being less than friendly and we are happy to report, this was not our experience at all!

This apartment is even better in real life than it appears in the pictures. It really is beautiful. The only slight complaint is that it was not as central as we thought it was, but having a car, it didn't make that much difference.

Beautiful Sunny Place

We loved the apartment - it looked just as pictured, sunny and modern with lovely and comfortable rooms. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable and restful. The only problem we had was that there was no hot water during our stay. There seemed to be a problem with the water heater, so we would have tepid water getting into the shower - but it would be cold by the end. We could not get it to work. Other than this, it was a lovely place.

I can recommend this apparment. Its very big, comfortable and quiet. We loved it there. You have a full kitchen, 2bathromms-very nice one on the first floor.:-) We had a great time there.

Stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed Zagreb, which isn’t high on the list of tourist destinations but should be. A wonderful pedestrian friendly city. The apartment is well equipped, bright and spacious. The artwork on the walls gives it a welcome homelike feel. Quiet surroundings in a real community of locals with a few restaurants nearby as well as grocery shops, bakeries and other shopping needs Getting downtown is walkable, about 1.5 km away, also has convenient tram service nearby. I would return if planning to visit again. The owner was also very flexible friendly.

The aprtment is modern, stylish, spaceful, located in a nice & quiet neighbourhood well communicated with the center of Zagreb (10 minutes by tram). The description of the apartment leaves no room for surprises; what you see is what you get.The landlord, Davor, is simply a true gentleman, always willing to help. I hope to meet him again in Madrid. Vrbik II is highly recommendable.

We adored our two weeks based in this beautifully maintained apartment. The photos shown fully represent what you get.
Service was a pleasure from start to finish and Davor was a superb host; meeting us with a smile even when our train was delayed and we got a little lost.
The penthouse is situated in the Vrbik neighbourhood. This is the most perfect location for both getting into the Centre (only a short tram or bus ride away and with a choice of numbers) or getting onto the highways that take you to all the major attractions (Plitvice, Samobor, Cigoc) and even off to neighbouring countries (Ljubljana in Slovenia etc.)
Highly, highly recommended.
