The swimming pool is right outside the master suite, private hot tub under the gazebo with a nice sitting area and gas BBQ, a large concrete basketball play area, 2 gorgeous fully remodeled kitchens, 3 family rooms, 2 fireplaces, all in a perfect central location with great freeway access and near the best Salt Lake attractions: Real Salt Lake soccer stadium, Cottonwood ski canyons, and a short freeway drive to downtown Salt Lake City!

What makes this house unique

Completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2012.

Enjoy private swimming pool in the backyard (right out the master bedroom door), a basement apartment with separate entrance to the backyard pool area. Kids can stay in basement, adults upstairs and they will have a blast. Two separate groups could stay in this home at the same time and have total privacy.

We stayed at Grand Peaks Pool House. We've never rented a house before. We were in town for a business trip to help launch a collegiate Cru movement at U of U and Westminster. We loved the house! It worked perfect for the size of our party and was so convenient having a basketball court area in back, two kitchens, and ample space/beds for people to sleep. Also the open dining room and kitchen upstairs was a huge plus!!!

Very nice home - very good value

Our experience here was very nice. The home is as advertised and quite spacious. The swimming pool was not open during our stay, but the other fun amenities made it enjoyable for our middle aged kids to have fun. The home was very clean, well stocked, and included multiple family rooms with TVs for everyone to enjoy themselves. The kitchen was my favorite. It is large, open to the family rooms, and very fun to cook in. There is another kitchen in the basemnet but we didn't end up using it. We would love to stay here again in the summer when the poll is open. The pool is right out the bedroom door and we dreamed of walking out and jumping in. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Just checked out, stayed for Halloween and loved it. Pool was nice, home is remodeled nicely. We had an issue with the jetted tub and we called the owner and his maintenance man came right out. He was top notch and very helpful. We were very happy and enjoyed it so much. Great owner and staff.

We had a party of 18. We were all comfortable, and for the price it was an unbeatable value. The basement has a separate entrance to the pool area so if you have young children, be sure to block that off. The home was quite nice and the furniture was new and comfortable. The location is convenient to everything and a great place. We got our rental car at a discount too from the owner.
