Gorgeous home, me and 5 friends used is as our base during Coachella festival, it was so close to the saguaro hotel which we grabbed our shuttle from and was a fantastic place to get back to in the evening and relax by the pool in the mornings. Would definitely stay again.

WOW, best Christmas vacation my family had in a very long time. All in the family, (kids, grandparents, plus Mom & Dad), very relaxing and fun time. Think I'll start booking for next year ASAP!

I've used vrbo several times over several years. This experience was the best that I have ever had. It was also the most understated listing for a home I've found here. From the beginning, it was the quickest and easiest transaction before I even got to the home. Once I got there I was greeted with a warm welcome and a tour with some explaining of how to use specific amenities, such as the hot tub, pool, fire pit, barbecue, and outdoor lighting. As I explored the house, I was pretty surprised with what I saw. Pictures here do not do this house justice. It was flawless and exquisite. Incredibly well kept with crisp, yet warm furnishings. The beds, linens, towels, etc., were all top grade, as were the stainless steel kitchen amenities. The concrete floors were spotless and polished, and the bathrooms were colorful and authentic in design, yet felt very modern with ease and quality of usage. I could go on and on about the house and how beautiful and perfect it is, but, my favorite part of this place was the backyard. Pics here don't really show that the pool is really a great size, as well as the hot tub that overflows into the pool. The space around the pool is quite large and filled with lounge chairs and even an umbrella positioned in the shallow entrace area of the pool. HUGE PLUS: The yard was positioned in a way that the sun shined on the pool throughout most of the day. Also a major plus was that the fencing, totally covered by the trees in most areas, making it look like a lush green garden, made the yard completely private, without a neighbor in sight. You really feel like no one exists around you. The view of the house and the yard, from every angle felt unique, fresh, and rich. And that is due to the fine, detailed attention and care given to it! Searching this site for a place to rent can be an overwhelming experience, not being sure what to choose, or location, or amenities, wondering if what you see is what you will actually get. Choose this place. You'll get more than you ever could have imagined. Cannot rave enough about this place, and look forward to my guaranteed return visit!

The home was furnished very nicely, the layout was great with two of the three bedrooms opening to the pool area. The home was clean and open. We felt like we had traveled back in time to 1960's, the pool and spa were great, would have been super great if salt water. We only left the house for groceries and a couple of dinners. The rest of the time was spent relaxing by the pool.

We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family.

This property is one of those rare gems that surprises by being even nicer than the photos suggest. My wife and I stayed here with another couple and we were all charmed by the open, airy design and leisurely attitude of the place. This is a lovely example of classic mid-century architecture that has been thoughtfully restored and updated to maintain a very period-correct feel; newer furniture and landscaping blends effortlessly with original-era pieces and design. The outdoor area is just wonderful with the U-shaped patio providing plenty of summertime shade near the spacious pool.

We found the owners to be very friendly and accommodating and the woman who acts as their on-site "concierge" was extremely helpful as well. Our stay here was all-too-short and we look forward to spending much more time here on our next visit.

Our stay here was exactly what I expected....quiet, modern and hot.
The house is decorated perfectly ...what I liked is that the house retained some of the original designs which one rarely finds these days...I'm a designer and appreciate the colorful tiles in the bathroom, kitchen and the cabinetry with original plexi pulls, etc...
The house was clean and all the amenities were perfect...kitchen had everything we needed and more.
The concierge was ever so nice and helpful...I will definitely come back to this house, hands down. I will also , and have, recommend this property to friends.
The only thing I would add would to get more movie channels:)

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Palm Springs. The layout of the house is really easy, open, wonderful and Palm Springs modern. The owners are incredibly helpful and we loved that the house was dog friendly. The amenities and vibe of the house are great, pool lovely, close to grocery store and hiking. Great for our entire family.
We would go back for sure!!

I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at the house. It was absolutely perfect for the family and the weather meant that we took full use of the patio, pool and spa.
We love the design and furnishings and, in fact we felt like we were on the set of mad men!!
