We have lived in the PV area for over 17 years and are in love with the mountains, wildlife and desert surroundings of this community that still sits in the heart of the city.

Why Alison chose Paradise Valley

This house has a special charm that is simply Arizona in a quiet, rustic and welcoming way. The porches everywhere and the natural beauty of the desert drew us in immediately. There is an open indoor-out feeling to this home with windows all around. . You feel apart of it all from the birds chirping in the saguaro out front to the last bit of red sunset over the mountain view. It is luxurious yet comfortable, relaxing yet memorable.

What makes this house unique

This home is in the perfect location. It is a blend of true relaxation at the house with a hub of activities nearby. Our quiet acre is less than a mile from the best restaurants, activities and cultural events the city has to offer. Why spend time driving through traffic from the far reaches of the outskirts when you could be relaxing with a book, taking a dip in the pool or blending up some margaritas with friends instead? It is really a special place that our guests never want to leave!

Best Vacation Rental

This house was by far the best we have stayed in yet. It is very well appointed and all your needs and wants have been thought of and taken care of. It truly is luxury accommodation. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect - not too far from anywhere and lots of shopping right on your doorstop. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Alison for a wonderful week.

Wonderful Golf Getaway

This house was fantastic for a golf trip to Scottsdale with a bunch of buddies. Alison was very thoughtful and responsive, adding so many personal touches for our stay. The house is in a great location and was very comfortable for a large party. I couldn't recommend this rental more highly. Thanks again.

Family Wedding Weekend

Our son was married the weekend we were there. This home provided enough space and family fun with the pool, big screen TV, and a well stocked kitchen.
When we arrived there was a bottle of wine, cheese, crackers and flowers with music playing in the background. The home was clean, furniture and the decor is top shelf. The backyard with all the lights on at night is beautiful. It was located in the perfect spot, close to grocery stores and restaurants.
This home has it all! Alison has thought of everything! I would highly recommend this property and I hope to visit again!

Spring Training Bucket List

Going to spring training in the warm sun of Arizona can be checked off my official Bucket List. Staying at Alison's house in Paradise Valley was the perfect home base for us to stay. The location is ideal for attending games, restaurants, shopping, hiking or walking the beautiful neighborhood. We had all the comforts of home, plenty of space to spread out, cook, tune in NCAA March Madness, or sit quietly outside with a cocktail or coffee. If you're a bird-nerd, watching the love birds fly in and out of the large, mature saguaro from the front porch is fascinating. Alison, made our stay fabulous with her attention to detail and warm hospitality. She arranged massage therapists to come to the house for our group to have poolside treatments...perfect!

This will be an annual event from now on and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else! From the 6 of us, thanks for making us feel like family!

The house and location was everything we were looking for and more. We had all the comforts of home with a beautiful setting and yard. The location was great for visiting Old Town and also easy access to hiking and walks. The backyard was perfect for our wedding and we accomodated 26 guests very easily. The entire wedding and reception was handled out doors and was perfect. The owner was a delight to work with and was close at hand when we had any questions. I would definitely stay at this beautiful home again

Our New Giants Spring Training Headquarters!

Ten grown men seized control of this house for a three-day weekend and the house and host took us into their warm embrace and treated us like ten kings! Plenty of room to stretch out and loaded with accommodations, we soaked in the quiet of beautiful Paradise Valley. Everything we needed (groceries and restaurants) was a stones throw away, but Allison really went out of her way to make sure we didn't need much (There was even some beer left in the fridge!). To say that Allison was greatest host ever would be an understatement. We make an annual March pilgrimage to Spring Training, and after five years I think we found a permanant home!
Owner's Response: Christian & "The Guys" - it was great having you all enjoy the house for your Spring Training trip! I am so happy the house had the space all 10 of you (over 6 feet tall :-) needed to spread out and enjoy the games, grillin' and time together. Wonderful Vacation Rental!

When we walked in, the house was extremely clean & well organized. There was a bottle of wine along with brie and crackers waiting on the counter as a welcoming for us. The house is very spacious but has a cozy atmosphere. We did a fair amount of cooking and we were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen. The front porch area was lovely for lounging around and really enjoyed watching the peach faced lovebirds. There was baskets left by the owner of complimentary toiletries in case you forgot to bring anything from home. The home is in a great location. The owner is extremely friendly and willing to help out with any needs or questions about the area. I would love to stay at this vacation rental again!!

Great Get Away!!!

Our group, hailing from the Great Northwest, travelled down to Arizona for a little break from the rain and cold and in turn had a wonderful week at this home. It's a great location with very little travel to any of the many leisure activities the area has to offer. We came with 3 couples and accompanying 2 singles...everyone had more than enough space to celebrate together, find a quiet corner to read or lay in the sun, or lounge on a couch. The owners were very accommodating and truly concerned with making our experience a pleasurable one. During our stay, the owners were available if we needed them but did not intrude on our privacy. Even once we had departed, Alison went out of her way to return an item that had been left behind. Highly recommend this location for families too. I have a family of four and will be looking to book the house again come next spring. Thank you very much the hospitality!

Best spot in the desert!

We arrived to find a nice bottle of wine on the table and scrumptious goodies in the fridge! A wonderful spot for a family of six or more as the rooms are huge and plenty of room for all of us to spread out! The location is perfect to access sporting venues, restaurants, and shopping, and of course for relaxing! We took time to sit on the front porch while the love birds chirped in the trees. To top it off, our Oregon Ducks won the football game, so it was a perfect visit!
We will be back!

Fun for family wedding

This property is so comfortable for a group. We rented in for our stay in Phoenix for our daughter's wedding. We were able to make the wedding cake in the large kitchen and have a small brunch after the wedding so that the happy couple could open gifts. Alison is so organized and gracious. She has everything labeled and a notebook with all needed instructions. It leaves you with no questions. She even left a Christmas wreath on the front door and a bottle of champagne for the wedding couple.I would definitely rent this property again should the need arise.
