An absolute treat!
We were in Toronto for a wedding and chose this property for its location and comfort, as we were travelling with our two younger children. The description and photo's of the suite were bang on, as were the positive reviews. The neighbourhood was wonderful for going for walks, a park was close by and having a grocery store less then 5 minutes away ,was also incredibley convenient. We would recommend this listing to anyone. Thanks Jacques.

Wonderful Condo!
Wonderful Condo! Spacious, very well appointed, very comfortable and spotless. The location is great - no need for a car! Yorkville, food shopping, upscale shopping, great pubs, Univ of Toronto, as well as beautiful residential areas all accessible on foot. And the subway is also minutes away.
Jacques is a pleasure to deal with and quickly responds to any questions you may have. We would absolutely recommend this condo if you are visiting Toronto. A quiet oasis in a very handsome residential area you can call home for a brief time.

Fabulous Property
I had relatives from Israel stay in this FULLY RENOVATED mansion house. The location is FANTASTIC....just steps away from Bloor St., Yorkville....and the St. George subway station. Easy access to the subway made it easy to visit the downtown sights like the CN Tower, Eaton's Centre etc. The furnishings are modern and the unit is spacious. The bathrooms are large, RENOVATED and clean.... and the kitchen is fully equipped. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure as he was very responsive to all my inquiries. I would definitely rent this property again! They went to Cafe Nervosa, Sushi Inn , Jack Astor's and Flo's Diner....all reasonably priced restaurants in the neighbourhood. A Five Star Experience.

Toronto - central, discreet luxury
If you're thinking of a hotel, just don't. If you're thinking of a vacation rental, just stop searching now. Trust me, this is it.
From the graciousness of the owner, Jacques, to the serene but central location; from the grand open spaces to the modern luxury of the design, this place has it all.
We spent two weeks here with our two year old daughter, who enjoyed galivanting through the open plan layout and the proximity of a playground. From our side, we couldn't have asked for a better location, just a block from Avenue and Bloor, with all manner of shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet nights thanks to the residential streets around the property.
The space itself is beautifully designed from the custom kitchen to the in-floor heating downstairs, and has all the amenities you need (wi-fi, cable, audio).
Our only regret is that we were unable to enjoy the glorious outdoor space due to the weather.
We've now relocated permanently to Toronto and without a doubt, will be recommending this home to anyone coming to visit. Get there before someone else does!

An absolute joy to stay at Jacques lovely suite right in the heart of Yorkville!
My stay at the property was nothing short of excellent. The place is beautifully decorated and presents a very bright and spacious ambiance. The heated floor downstairs is much appreciated indeed! There is ample space to walk around. The kitchen has every amenity you could need. Living room has a very cozy feel to it with a perfect view of the street outside.

Best Toronto Property Listed
Greetings all. This is the third time we have stayed at this fabulous Yorkville property and I am happy to report that everything continues to be fantastic.
For those who are not familiar with Toronto you can't beat the Yorkville location. Bedford Road and the surrounding streets in the Yorkville area form a very special intimate neighbourhood contained within the cultural and shopping centre of the city. There is so much to do in this area and the the many restaurants nearby will make your stay most enjoyable.
After a busy day out it is always nice to arrive back to a fine house in a low-rise residential area that truly gives the renter a sense of home! The design is spacious and modern. The kitchen is fantastic. The bedrooms are warm and cozy. The beds are very comfortable. We love everything about it and will definitely return again. You simply can't beat this property and Jacques is great to deal with.

Perfect Condo
This is the perfect condo, both spacious and comfortable with the best stocked kitchen I have seen in a vacation rental. It is absolutely as described on the website. Jacques, the owner, is very responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
The location could not have been better. Excellent shopping, fine restaurants, Whole Foods market, movie theater, etc just steps from your door. No car needed, you can walk everywhere.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this condo to friends and family. In fact, we have reserved the condo for another stay in December.

Wonderful stay
We rented this property for a week and we were not disappointed. The condo was exceptionally well appointed and maintained, exactly as depicted and in an outstanding location. It's proximity to Yorkville - the trendy shopping area - and the subway to get around town can't be beat.
The owner responded to all enquiries immediately. The whole experience was professional, yet welcoming.
We would certainly rent this condo again in the future. Highly recommended!

The Best Place to Stay in Yorkville
This was my second stay in this fabulous property in the Yorkville area of Toronto. The condo is beautifully designed and decorated. There is a large master bedroom with king-sized very comfortable bed, en suite bath with a huge tiled shower and luxury whirlpool bathtub. On the same level is another bedroom with large murphy bed (extremely nice mattress) and working station, as well as another full bath. This level opens to a beautiful walkout garden. Above this level is a great room with seating area/large flat screen television, dining table for six, and gourmet kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer tucked into the kitchen. The furnishings are all natural, luxurious materials. The entire space is very clean and relaxed. Jacques, the owner, is wonderful to work with - great communication and very kind. He had his housekeeper come for a mid-week cleaning at no extra cost to us. The home comes equipped with freshly-made beds with very nice linens, kitchen and bath towels, soap (dish, laundry and bathroom), plenty of paper towel and toilet paper, and fully furnished kitchen. Also, there is parking included, which is hugely valuable in this area. This condo is in easy walking distance to great restaurants, Whole Foods, coffee shops, spas, shopping, etc. You can also order food from a wide variety of restaurants which deliver right to your door.
I used to stay in hotels in this area (and there are very nice hotels within walking distance), but I will now always stay at this property. The ample space, parking and luxurious surroundings are much more welcoming and comfortable, not to mention more affordable in the long run. Again, Jacques is very personable and professional in his business dealings - there is no stress at all in our interactions. I highly recommend this Homeaway property. You will love it.
