Fairyhouse Hall. Take possession of your own Bluegrass Horse Farm. Named after the famed race track in Ireland. The Georgian style manor home was modeled after the owner's boyhood home in Ireland. A wonderful and unique oasis where an amazing 'good nights sleep' is guaranteed. Complete with 13 acres of grounds and formal garden.

Also available for special events with 2 Kitchens, 2 drawing rooms, beautical Versailles dining room for entertaining, several covered porches and a 100 foot wide patio streching the entire back of the house. This is an amazing environment for relaxing and entertaining.

Fairyhouse Hall is scheduled to be one of the location in 2013 the television series, 'The Irish Rover.'

Special Events and Private Parties: Fairyhouse Hall also serves as the site for special events such as rehearsal dinners, bridal functions, family reunions corporate and graduation events.

A private chef and catering is available for all meals or special events. The Hall can also arrange transportation to the Bluegrass Filed Airport.

Weddings: The rate for weddings is $7500.00 for the weekend (3 nights) and includes:

1. Rental of the estate and gardens for the wedding and/or rehearsal.

2. Overnight accommodation for up to 12 guests. (Additional guests may be added for $100.00 per person.)

3. 2 Professional on-site wedding coordinator.

4. Additional services such as catering, rentals can be provided for an additional charge.

Breathtakingly Beautiful

My husband and I rented this home during his family reunion at the end of July 2011. Let me just say that the pictures here do not do the home justice...this is something you would have to visit personally for the full breathtaking experience. The refrigerator was stocked with food and beverages, the owner was extremely polite and courteous. We were in close range of grocery shopping and restaurants. We had more than enough room to accomodate everyone, and with a house this big, we hardly heard a peep once we were behind closed doors in the master bedroom. We fell in love with this home, and if we were to visit Kentucky again, this would be where we would want to stay.

We stayed at Fairyhouse for 4 nights. Our group was diverse in age, from 87 to 20 (though this would be wonderful for children as it's an actual working farm) and everyone was well accommodated. The home was meticulous, there was nothing more the owner could have done to make us feel comfortable, right up to leaving the makings for a delicious breakfast, (eggs from the chickens). Even though this was a working farm, you never felt you were staying anywhere rustic, this home is upscale all the way. The owner was gracious and charming. Easily accessible to all Lexington has to offer but far enough from the beaten path to enable you to savor that pastoral feeling that KY is famous for. This was truly an Irish manor home vacation.
