First level includes: spacious master bedroom with queen bed and jacuzzi tub, fully equipped kitchen with counter seating & adjacent dining area with table and chairs, open ceiling family/living room with fireplace and adjacent sitting area. Sliding glass door opens onto a beautiful patio with spectacular views. Cable TV, DVD Player, stereo, and free Wireless internet access.

Second level includes: second master bedroom with king bed, full master bath & dressing area and cable TV. Second bedroom with two twin beds and jack and jill bath opening into loft area which contains queen sleeper sofa.

Enjoy gearing up for the slopes in our finished, heated, and carpeted attached garage. Ski and coat racks are provided for your convenience

Free shuttle service to/from Seven Springs Mountain Resort's numerous activities and eateries. Come and enjoy Seven Spring's year round fun including skiing, snow tubing, golf, tennis, horseback riding, concerts and so much more. We are just a short walk to the Sunridge outdoor pool and tennis courts.

Our family has been property owners for many years. Seven Springs is a year-round family-resort for all ages. During the winter months, snowskiing and snow-boarding make Seven Springs ideal for winter ski-vacations. The biking, hiking, golfing, fishing and many other outdoor activities during Spring, Summer and Fall are ideal for weekend get-aways and summer vacations. Our mountain home is located within easy access of all of the activities Seven Springs has to offer.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2005

We love the ski-in/ski-out amenities of the Sunridge community.

We are walking distance to the pool, tennis courts, and hot tubs.

The floor plan of our townhouse is ideal for adults and children alike.

Our mountain home offers many of the same comforts and amendities as your own home. During the summer months, the home is located within walking distance to the Sunridge community pool, tennis courts, and hot tubs. Our mountain home is ideal for winter ski vacations, holiday reunions, and weekend get-aways.

Accommodating Home with Nice Amenities

Accommodating home that was clean, comfortable & well maintained. Close to the slopes. The pictures are accurate and there is a shuttle stop right in front of the property for those who don't ski.

Our family would rent this property again and I would recommend to friends. Overall, this was a good experience.

The owner was responsive in booking the reservation and follow up.

Great Place and Perfect for Skiers

We recently stayed at this condo and it was exactly as described and perfect for our family! The pictures accurately depict what the condo looks like. We made most meals there and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit really felt like a cabin with all of its decorations. There were plenty of clean bath towels, kitchen towels and paper products. We had booked this condo specifically for the ski in/out feature and loved the close proximity to the slopes. Wireless internet was a nice plus. The condo owners were very fast at responding to any e-mails we sent prior to and during our stay. Working with them was an absolute breeze, pleasant, and our security deposit was refunded on the first business day after we returned. I would highly recommend it based on its amenities, proximity to the ski resort, and the ease of working with the owners!

Great House, but long walk to slopes.

Pros: Great house with a lot of space to relax--Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen is a good size with a bar you can sit at, the dining room table seats 8 people, and the living room has a large flat screen TV with sectional sofa. The loft is large with another TV. Loads of space for one large family or 2 families vacationing together. It is decorated nicely and really "feels like home". Owner is very nice to work with.

Cons: In my opinion, this is not a "true" ski-in/ski out. There are two ways to walk to the slopes--either down steps and a parking lot--about 100-150 yards, or down the road, across a lot (but at least its flat) and is a little more than 150 yards. Its a bit hard with kids and carring gear. Unfortunately--those slopes were not open most of our trip and so we had to call the shuttle to be taken to the base of the mountains--and that total trip often took 20-40 min--so a lot of wasted possible ski time for us.

Overall, the house is fantastic.
Owner's Response: It is unfortunate that the access trail to the slopes was not open during your stay. If the access to village trail had snow, your walk would have been very short. We specifically purchased our unit for it’s Ski-In/Ski-Out amenities.

As for the shuttle service, there are normally 2 shuttles running every 15 minutes. We have owned our unit for 4 years and have never waited more than 20 minutes for a shuttle.
