And there's no reason to skimp - there's elegant seating for 16 either outside or inside at our 12 foot antique farm table. We did steak lobster and scallops for a 16 person dinner party last week and it was a piece of cake. As an added bonus, there's an organic garden on premises to get fresh greens, veggies, tomatoes, and eggs.

Sleeping areas are upscale as well (of course). There's lots of options - there's a king in the master, 3 more queens, a full loft, and a twin. A separate in-law suite makes having guests so much less stressful - they can use their own entrance, and since you're not on top of each other it feels so much more like a vacation. Each room has what's needed to enjoy the evening in comfort. Air conditioning, TV with cable, fine furnishings, frette sheets, turkish towels, all provided in each room.

On quiet evenings you wont be bored either.

The house is fully Wi-Fi enabled (including the yard), and two computers are provided for use as well. There is a fireplace in the living room (as well as a fire pit area out side) There are TV's with full cable in literally every room - it's scary to count but we have 8 TV's, including 4 big screens. The separate lower level (1200 sf) provides a perfect place for the kids (young and old) to play, which is really nice. It's lets them go as little wild - play drums or guitar hero or do crafts or watch the Yankees game without sacrificing the quiet in the main living space. You can enjoy a quiet fire or cook dinner or entertain without them under your feet.
