Get away to the beach and resort atmosphere! Enjoy the greenbelt and ocean view from both the living room and spacious, covered balcony. Close to popular Salt Creek Beach. Trail access to beach through scenic Monarch Beach Golf Links Course (15 minute walk). Close by are Wilderness and Regional Parks with walking and bike trails. Restaurants, shopping and Dana Point Harbor are only minutes away.

Relax away from the noise of highway traffic in the private and secure community of Ritz Pointe. This is a gate guarded community in a neighborhood of multi-million dollar homes. If you want to relax at home base, there is a community pool, gym, and 3 separate spas (one with sunset views to ocean). A convenient covered parking space is right outside the front door.

Recently furnished and redecorated with designer paint, baseboards and new flooring. Cozy gas fireplace, air conditioning, high definition television/cable, DVD player (with library of movie classics), high speed Internet, Apple TV with Netflix and keyless entry. Spacious bedroom with queen size bed and walk-in closet. Queen sofa bed in living room. Stayed here in for a week in June with the wife and baby and we had a great time. The condo is stocked with all the essentials and the location is fabulous for sightseeing in the nearby cities. We walked down to the beach each day, for a morning exercise and occasionally in the evening. Liked the restaurants in the area and esp the St. Regis which was almost right next door.

Love those California beaches!

My wife and I had a very enjoyable, relaxing week here. The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked and equipped. Access to the pool and spa was very convenient. There is an ocean view from the unit’s balcony and living room, and although it is a long uphill walk from the beach it is a short drive to Dana Point harbour and Salt Creek beach.
The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful beach towns of Dana Point, Laguna Beach and San Clemente, all within a short drive.
The owners are pleasant to deal with, rental terms are very reasonable and our security deposit was returned very promptly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

If you are looking for an upscale rental unit with a perfect location then you don’t have to look any further! This unit is exactly as described in the ad, super clean, upscale furnishings, well appointed, quiet and secure! This unit has wonderful ocean views from the living room as well as the covered porch. I really enjoyed the quiet nights being able to have the slider open in the bedroom and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. The owners of this unit were great to deal with from the start to finish; they are friendly, honest true professionals. I had a few requests and they were addressed immediately. The financial transactions were simple and without issues. I highly recommend this unit to everyone and I can’t wait to come back to the area for another visit!

sehr schöne Wohnung mit Komplettausstattung, Meerblick, sehr sauber. Swimmingpool um die Ecke mit heißem Spapool. überdachter Parkplatz. Man fühlt sich sehr sicher da die beiden Zugangsstraßen jeweils bewacht und durch Tore gesichert sind. In unmittelbarer Nähe Laguna Beach, Danapoint und San Clemente, schöne schnuckelige kleine Städtchen mit ausgezeichneten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Super Strand in ca. 1.2 km Entfernung bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kann nur wärmstens weiter empfohlen werden, da hier das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis absolut stimmt.
