Relax in a newly renovated downtown condominium with all of the amenities and comforts of home. The Condo is fully furnished and sleeps 2 adults for the price of one (can sleep 4 for additional cost). A fully stocked kitchen allows you the freedom to cook while you enjoy your stay. The unit also has secure WiFi, 2 Flat Screen TV's, cable, modern living room furniture, and a Scan Home Queen Bed among many other cool luxuries!

The Condo is in the heart of downtown Anchorage and a 10 minute drive to midtown Anchorage. The property is on 3rd Avenue (525 W 3rd Ave Unit 1, 99501) and with easy access to the coastal trail provides a perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoor recreational opportunities that Anchorage has to offer. The condo is in a secure building and located on the bottom floor of the building.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo...

If you want to be downtown, this is as good as it gets. This unit has a wonderful, natural feel to it. You are right in the thick of it with shopping, theatre, and food. Twice the space and up to half the cost of a hotel (I have seen hotel rates as high as $500/nt during peak season in downtown Anchorage).

This unit fills fast, especially during peak season (May 16-Sept. 20) so book your stay today! Reminder, winter festivities such as Fur Rondy and The Iditarod also book at peak season rates.

Why the owner chose this condo: This condo unit is the one of the few structures that made it through the 1964 earthquake (9.2, largest ever recorded in N. America). It is a steal structured building and in a great location; right in the middle of downtown.

My granddaughter and I felt right at home in this very comfortable and convenient condo. We had everything we needed and could walk everywhere. Rocky communicated promptly, clearly and was very helpful. Definitely recommend his condo!

A little secluded slice of heaven in the heart of the city!

Wow! What a cool, kitschy little slice of "old town" Anchorage! Rocky was a gracious host, checking in without being nosy. I was here on a business trip in Anchorage for the week - what a much better option than a boring Holiday Inn. Highly recommended!

The stay here was amazing! Definitely made us feel right at home (the well stocked kitchen was very nice). Loved the location; perfect for walking to all the downtown stores and restaurants. Thank you for everything you've done (for coming and checking on us and answering all of our questions). We will definitely be staying here for our next visit to Alaska! This was the perfect place to enjoy our honeymoon.
