Enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was very nice and had everything we needed. The furniture in the living room was perfect for several people and was very comfortable. The view from your condo was great due to it being a corner unit. The owner was available for any questions we had and was very friendly. We will definitely be renting again. Thank you for a great beach vacation.

Very nice condo. Exactly as described and pictured in photos. VERY comfortable chairs with plenty of seating. We were three but could see having more and being able to enjoy everything. Second floor view of ocean/beach/dunes was exactly what we had wanted. Weather was cold but inside condo it was fine. Lots of kitchen pots and pans and plenty of dishes and silverware.

Very Pleasant Stay

We (2 couples) just enjoyed a four nite stay. This older condo is in a very good location on the island. There was some building repair occurring during our visit but it was not disruptive to us. The sunrise views we had were wonderful with our morning coffee. And we also loved evening conversation & wine with the sounds of the surf on the balcony. The unit had all needs handled & everything was very much like the photos on the VRBO site. Fernandina Beach has a good mix of restaurants from which to choose - Bretts & Sliders are two of the best. Enjoy!

Great B-day weekend w/ the grandkids

Haven't been to Fernandina in over 10yrs. Lots of changes in town but the beach is the same. Place was easy to locate. Photos did not do the condo justice. Very nice, clean and well maintained. We will have to go back for a week to partake of the activities and attractions, like my daughter said she remember doing when she was younger. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time and wants to return.

This was our first time in the Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach area and we lucked out finding this condo in Amelia South! It was very comfortable with all the amenities of home. The teenagers and adults all loved the balcony. Second floor access was easy with the stairwell and quick access to the beach and pool. Highly Recommend.

This is the 3rd year in a row that we enjoyed ourselves .Great location, right on the beach! Not crowded like Panama, which was nice. Easy to get around town. So relaxing and laid back. View of the sunrise/sunset over the beach was beautiful. Weather was great!! Pictures of the condo are exactly what the condo looks like. Appliances were up to date and worked!! Condo had alot of space and very clean! Glad there was a washing/dryer so we didn't have to take alot of dirty clothes home. Easy access to the beach and the pool. We will be back next year..already booked!

We were very, very pleased with our stay at this property. It was a perfect location for myself and 2 teen daughters. The condo was clean, roomy and had an "at home" comfortable appeal. The living room and balcony offered a gorgeous ocean and pier view. The beach was easily accessible with just a short walk to the water. We enjoyed the privacy and safety of a corner unit as well. The parking lot was safe and well lit which I very much appreciate when traveling with my children. It was a family friendly property with kids ranging from all ages which my teens liked. The pool was clean and well maintained with comfortable patio furniture. We would certaintly recommend this condo and plan on staying here again in the future.

This is a great place to stay. we have been coming to this same unit for many years. The property is clean and quiet and we love being on the second floor on the corner. We have and will continue to recommend this property to friends and relatives and our only regret is that we can't come more often! Be sure to have breakfat at T Ray's and dinner at the Beech Street Grill.

A little bit of paradise

Thank you for a perfect get away with my grand kids - your place is perfect for kids and adults - plenty of room and so convenient to the beach and pool - the 2nd floor location was perfect for this worrying grandmother! The corner unit was nice and breezy - the views are incredible morning, noon & night! We did not want to leave - and cannot wait to come back!

What an amazing weekend!

This condo is was perfect! Our intention was to go down for Memorial weekend for a peaceful and fun weekend away, and this location was exactly that! The place was clean and modern. My favorite was the master suite with the window that overlooks the ocean. The only negative was that we chose a weekend that the weather was bad. Other than that we can't wait to go back!
