Excellent location in Bend within walking distance to The Old Mill District, Les Schwab Amphitheater, Downtown Bend and many fine restaurants. Close to the Deschutes River running through the Old Mill, kayaking, river rafting, biking...all within this prime location. Be sure to visit Jackson's Corner right across the street. Mt. Bachelor just 30 minutes up the highway and Mt. Bachelor bus transportation is 5 minutes away.

Dave Ulrickson purchased this cottage in 2004
We originally bought this home for an investment rental then for family. We added 30K in upgrades and began using our home as a vacation rental in 2010
Our home is located within walking distance to The Old Mill District, Les Schwab Ampitheater and Downtown Bend. Park in our two car garage and walk everywhere if you like.

We had a great time at your place in Bend. It was a fantastic location and we fell in love with the Cardamom Sea Salt Latte @ Jackson's Corner (an everything else we had there)!
Loved the central location between Old Mill and Downtown and the house was well stocked and had everything we needed.

This was the perfect rental for our little family and my parents. There is plenty of space and everything you can think of is there for you. The place in really clean and well taken care of and is close to everything! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect Couples Getaway! Amazing!

The Bend Cottage exceeded our expectations! We traveled over for a w/e getaway with another couple and had no worries while staying there. The house is open and spacious, super clean(and I'm picky) with all the amenities we could want. The location is perfect, so close to town & in a great neighborhood. Dave was absolutely the best VRBO owner I have ever dealt with. Comfortable enough for 2 families or 3 couples. We look forward to another trip to Bend this summer and another stay at the Bend Cottage. Thank you Dave!!

Christmas in Bend

We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas holiday at Broadway Cottage. Our daughter & family stayed here prior to her recent move to Bend and highly recommended it to us. Perfect location & clean. It snowed frequently & temps dropped down into the teens on occasion but we never felt cold inside the home. Very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave!

We had a great time in bend and this place was perfect for us. Great location, easy to get everywhere. Added bonus, right across the street there is Jackson's corner which has good food and coffee / regional beer selection's. The only thing we didn't expect was that it'd be 2 story. No big deal just don't think we saw that in the pictures. Very clean and nice, and we'd stay again / recommend it.

We found this home to be extremely clean and comfortable with extras such as coffee, shampoo and paper products.
It is located across from Jackson Corner(great pizza) but we also enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen.
The location is within walking distance to the Old Mill District, Drake Park, downtown and the Deschutes River water sports and hiking trail heads.
I would recommend this home to anyone planning a vacation in Bend. We're looking forward to a return visit.

First trip to Bend was amazing!

Broadway Cottage is AWESOME and perfect in every way for our little family and this first ever trip to Bend. The king bed was essential since we knew that we might end up with one or more kids in bed with us, but the fact that it's a super duper comfortable king bed made all the difference! The sheets are nice and soft, just like at home. I hate sleeping someplace and having scratchy sheets! Everything is just lovely and worked out so well for our family. I love the way that you guys have furnished/decorated the house! Love love love that you had a baby gate so I could keep our 18 month old from falling down the stairs. Loved that we could park in the garage and not worry about looking for street parking and knowing that we could leave our stuff in the car and not worry about the car getting broken into....and so that we could store our bikes in it and not worry about trying to find space for them. I could go on and on...for our first trip to Bend this made the experience even better. We've lived in Oregon since 2005 and we had wanted to visit Bend all of these years but have always spent our vacations going back to CA to visit our family. I guess lucky for me that our 18 month old is a very busy toddler because we decided not to punish ourselves with the exhausting trip down to CA and decided to visit Bend instead. Everyone has been telling me how much I would love Bend and it really didn't disappoint. I have to say that I am absolutely in love! My husband and I are already trying to figure out when we can schedule our next trip over here and are hoping to stay at Broadway Cottage again!
