Spacious clean condo
A very clean spacious well equipped 2 bed 2 bath condo with good quality furnishings located on a gated community called Morgan Rydge in a quiet neigbourhood. My son particularly enjoyed the DVD library and the excellent home sound system.
It is an easy drive from both the airport and the strip. It has the advantage of being close to but outside the tourist area so you can see how real Americans live.
The strip is about 10 minutes drive away, we found it easy to part at the Bellagio self park (access via Bellagio Drive). Restaurants and stores were all within 15 minutes drive. We found a GPS was really useful for getting around the area.
The condo also allows easy day trips to Valley of Fire State Park, Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam.

A wonderful holiday
The condo was great. Well equipped and a nice, relaxing place to come back to after each hectic day on "The Strip" or sightseeing in and around Las Vegas. Furnished as a home, it was home to us for a week. We give the condo and the location (away from the hustle and bustle) at least 5 stars.

Comfortable
The pictures are accurate and the place is comfortable for a peaceful Las vegas stay just a couple of miles away from the Strip. Parking was convenient, bathrooms clean and kitchen equipped with essentials, however, one of the bathrooms did not have toilet paper. We couldnt find any extras in the storage either. It is a minor glitch, but, with 5 adults and a kid, scrounging around for toilet paper at 11 PM after a 6 hour drive can be daunting!
The community itself was gated and the surroundings felt very safe. We had lovely breakfasts with a view of the mountains and hot air balloons, before hitting the strip madness later in the afternoons!
Overall though, the place was exactly what the owner said it was and I would definitely stay here when visiting Vegas with family.

My Stay in Vegas
I truly enjoyed my stay in Vegas at the rental property. The condo was amazing and the owner was wonderful. I recommend this to anyone. Once you have stayed in this place its good bye hotels and welcome Condo's. Truly an amazing time where everyone is friendly and its soo quiet. It was also soo very easy to follow all of the directions the owner sent and checking out was just as easy as checking in.

Nice stay
The condo was very nice and clean. They had everything you could need and a basket of items in case you forgot anything which was a nice touch. The furniture was very nice and had a garage. The owners were very friendly and helpful. it was a little further from the strip then I thought, but other then that we were very happy.

A fantastic, modern condo!!
What a fantastic condo, much better than staying in a hotel and even though we loved 'The Strip' we loved coming back here even more!!
Everything was provided for and it really was a home from home!! The beds where really comfortable and it was nice have a choice of pillows. It can be difficult travelling with three children of different ages, but they all really enjoyed their stay here and didn't want to leave!!
The pool and hot-tub where a great hit, as was the TV!!
The kitchen was very well stocked with a diswasher, washing machine and dryer, the only tiny (and I mean tiny!!) was the lack of a kettle, but we got around that problem easily!! We loved preparing a meal and being able to chat to each other in the living area - open plan living at it's best!!
The Owners provided excellent customer service and we would definately recommend this property to friends or family!!

Home Away From Home
Spacious 2 Bedroom-2 Bath with literally everything you need or would have at home. Very thoughtfull basket w/common toiletries in case you forgot; though a Walmart and Albertson's are close (provides Albertson's card). Property is well-maintained as is condo. Plenty of windows to let in natural light. If you are staying with kids this beats any hotel hands down. Food delivery services available. The condo is upstairs, but my mother who has trouble walking was able to naviagte without fan fair. Activities nearby;

christmas 2011
The owner of this condo and her family are amongst the most trusting and kind people we have had dealings with , two days before xmas we were let down by a couple of criminals we were renting a house from and basically had nowhere to stay ,but we enquired about a few rentals in the area and selina came to our rescue ,she wouldnt take a deposit and her and her husband met us at the condo and made sure we were at home,the condo is lovely and we,ll never forget our xmas and new year there ,its so convenient for the strip and all the major attractions and main roads etc in the area ,5 mins from a wallmart superstore and everything youll need in every way , thanks so much for restoring our faith in renting in the us again , thanks selina and aaron ,julie and andy baker suffolk uk

Fantastic Trip
The condo was perfect. It was everything we wanted, very clean, great stero and TV, with lots of towels. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, especially since my son made fruit smoothies every morning. It was very comfortable and having the washer/dryer in the unit worked out great. My son and I traveled to Vegas and not being familiar with the area, the fact that the condo is in a gated community made me feel very safe. Having 2 separate bathrooms both with showers worked out well and gave us both a little space from each other (better than a hotel). The pool was nice and relaxing and my son enjoyed being able to work out every day. The condo has easy access to the freeays and driving around was no problem. We will definately plan another trip to Vegas and definately rent this condo. Thank you Salina - it was wonderful.
