Small Studio, one bathroom, sleeps one-two in a Queen size bed

This studio cottage s in a quiet neighborhood and is in walking distance (2or 3 blocks) to the Town of Rockport, the train to Boston, several beaches, the quaint shopping area of Bear Skin Neck, and several restaurants and public places. It is a renovated stable for the big house, and is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It has off street parking, a shared patio with chairs, fire pit, and grill, and is a great get away for someone wanting to experience all that a charming Old New England town on Ipswich Bay has to offer.

Loved the Cottage

This Summer:

We loved your place!!!

It was cozy and very clean. Being off by itself, it provided complete privacy.
It was close to everything and provided all we needed for a comfortable stay -
and it was economical. It really felt like home away from home. We give
it a full five stars!!!

Me and my girlfriend came here for our anniversary vacation we stayed 4 days 3 nights and right when we walked in the door we knew this was the perfect choice. the landlord was more than helpful and informative friendly nice and overall gave us a comfortable welcome feeling when we arrived. its small but not too small its perfect for 2 people we were able to cook full meals in the kitchen and on the grill outside. nicely furnished the interior looks modern and updated recently and VERY clean. the pullout sofa was comfortable with the topper on and worked well for 2 people. we will def stay here again we loved the area the people the overall vibe of the setting and rockport in general and this cottage. we definitely found our vacation place after staying in a few different areas this area and place holds our heart. i would like to thank the landlord again for everything hope to see you soon for another stay!
