Imagine a beautiful ocean front villa that looks out onto the ocean. From the oceanfront balcony you can hear the rustling of the sea oats that top the sandy dunes right outside. The oceanfront lawn is a beautiful transition to the beachfront and leads right to the boardwalk that crosses the healthy dune line. The three-story condominium building features a three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condominium rental that you will love! Bright colors accentuate a roomy oceanfront condo where a breakfast bar and dishwasher adorn the full kitchen.. And imagine being able to spread out in spacious accommodations, where there are furnishings so you can really unpack and subsequently, unwind. You have just imagined Sandy Dunes in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Very cute, privacy, well furnished comfortable

We stayed 4 nights in October. Only one other tenant in the condo building, so lots of quiet & privacy! When we arrived, we were in awe of the cuteness of it all. 3 beds, 2 full baths (one has shower/tub, the other shower). Adorable ocean decor & good furniture- couch, table, beds, etc.. We didn't watch TV at all, so can't comment on that. They refunded our deposit right away. It was clean when we came, clean when we left. The rental agent was nice to work with. Pet friendly. My poodle loved it there! Good rates, no pet deposit required.
negatives: There is a large sand dune that prohibits a good view of the ocean since this is on bottom floor, although you can see the ocean, you can't really see where it laps on the shore... You can stand up on back porch & see more of it, but still not full view. Also, the carpets are needing replaced- not torn, just worn- old shag type. One other thing that could be an issue if you have children. The back yard was 'covered' with stickers,,,got in our shoes, into our feet on occasion. Children would not be able to play in back yard until sticker problem is resolved.
Ending on good note, very easy to walk to beach, just thru the trail, right to the beach. They have some chairs you can carry & LOTS of children beach toys (although we didn't have children with us.) Gave the atmosphere of "beach HOUSE" not condo. That made it a good get a-way. thank you!!

Amazing Vacation!!!

The condo was very spacious and clean, my granddaughter was overwhelmed with joy when she looked out the window and saw the ocean only feet away. We had such a great time and it was so peaceful and relaxing to sit in the living room and watch the waves after long days of enjoying everything that the area had to offer. This place is large,clean and beautiful! And the view of the ocean from the living room and bed room are breathtaking. We will be back soon!!!

Stayed here for the first time and LOVED it. Traveled with my husband and 2 sons, 9 and 14 years old. We could have stayed at the beach all day long. The beach had something for everyone! Our condo's location was perfect and right on the beach! It was our home away from home. Everything provided! We really loved sitting on the balcony looking at the beach and oceanThank you so much!

I would go back to this condo every year if I could. The description is accurate. The condo was maintain and in clean order when I arrived. The owner was professional and reasonable with my schedule as it changed a few times. I was here by myself a couple of days and felt completely safe. The area is safe and friendly. I was able to walk the beach which was right out the door. Everything I needed was already there. I only had to pick up a couple of things. GREAT CONDO.

Our family had a great time at this condo. Elizabeth was wonderful. Everything in the description is exactly what you get plus more! Everything is right there and you are close to the beach. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone especially if you vacation with pets!!!!!

Just wanted to let you know what a great vacation we had. The condo was perfect, the description was accurate regarding the location, layount, and ammenities. I couldnt beleive how close we were to shopping, dining, outlets, golf courses in the area. We couldnt have asked for a better vacation. The owner was great really easy to communicate with, I would definately reccomend staying in this condo. We will definately be back next year.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It is very well maintained. We were traveling with 2 younger kids. The twin beds in the 2nd room were perfect. There was a TV/VCR/DVD player in the family room and both bedrooms. Nice kitchen, well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies and lots of counter space.. The area is very quiet, removed from all the loudness of downtown Myrtle Beach - a HUGE plus for us. It was very close to the attractions, wonderful shopping areas, restaurants. Will definitely go back, highly recommend!

This condo was a great place for my family and I to spend the week and feel like we were at home. The condo is located in a central area close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, and other fun things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and the resort area was very family friendly. Highly recommended for a quick getaway or week stay in N. Myrtle Beach!

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. It is EXCEPTIONALLY well equipped with everything you could possibly need or want. We will definitely plan to stay again in the future. Loved this condo! Great location! Very clean and plenty of room for a family. Loved that there is no walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded. Our stay was fabulous. Owner was very friendly and easy to work with. Hope to be back in the future.
