Very nice home with everything you need. Very close to the beach and to lots of restaurants. Owner is nearby so if there is anything you need, she is extremely helpful. The house is kept very clean and neat and it was nice to not be hit with an extra "cleaning fee" on top of rental. Rental rate was very reasonable for the location and space you got. If we visit Jersey Shore again in the future, we will definately look up this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is terrific because it's close enough to the boardwalk to have very easy access yet not close enough to be bothered by the noise. The place easily accommodated the four adults and one toddler in our party. It was very clean and we experienced no problems. The good off-street parking was also a real plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation rental at a great beach town

We just came back from spending a week at this house and we all enjoyed it very much. When we arrived, I immediately noticed how clean and light the place look. The house (to us) is in the perfect location. Not too far from the beach (less than five minutes’ walk) and yet not too close where you would have to put up with the beach going crowd. It is also in a great location if you enjoy fishing. You can go fishing directly from the marina or take 1/2 day boat tours to fish on the ocean.
The house came with all the modern amenities including wireless internet and a large (46") Sony flat screen TV with cable. The TV has extra inputs including HDMI and component video so if you want to bring your kids' PS3, Xbox, or Wii to keep them occupy at night after a day at the beach you can easily hook them up. If you have any questions about what to do or where to eat while you are there, make sure to check with the friendly and helpful owners. We followed their recommendations and were not disappointed.
There are four restaurants within a five minutes’ walk. I especially recommend trying the “Waffles & More” restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The place may not be crowded (most people don’t realize that they also serve lunch and dinner because of their name) but the food is excellent and the wait staffs very friendly and accommodating. If you go there for dinner, make sure you try their Shrimp Scampi entrée. It is second to none.
We would not hesitate to come back and stay at this place again.

LOVED LOVED LOVED this property. MDW 2011 :)
Small but perfect location and spotless clean. Great backyard with grill and seating for bbq's. Have a daughter who plays beach volleyball which we could see from our window so it couldnt get any better.
Would have loved 2 parking spots and an outdoor shower but would never change my mind about renting again

Just got back a few hrs ago, and had to show my appreciation. The property is unbelievable. From the second we walked in and saw how completely new, and clean everything was we knew we were going to have a great time. Only about 100 yds from beach, Very quiet. Very peaceful, very relaxing. Amazing view. Thanks again Marie, youll be hearing from us next year, thanks!! Daniel

We planned our trip and the last minute and were so lucky to find this house. Everything was so clean and updated. Great place for a family of 4. The location was perfect, close to the beach and great food. We will return again.

WOW Great Vacation Home in an Excellent Location

My family had a wonderful vacation at this house. It is in a great location, about a block to the beach and close to restaurants and fishing but still quiet at night. This house has a beautiful view of the sunsets and marina from the big bay window. My wife's favorite thing was how clean and new everything is. The kids liked going on the rides, the beach,games on the boardwalk and the aquarium. I bought my daughter a hermit crab at the boardwalk. One day we saw dolphins from the beach. I liked eating at the Shrimp Box and breakfast at The Cottage(both less than a block away). I also liked relaxing in the hammock in the back yard after a hard day of beach going and barbecuing. My family will definatly come back here.
