Beautiful Log Cabin
The cabin is remote, traveling dirt roads to get there, but it is worth it.
Over looking the lake and having a screened in porch to sit and look at the lake or sit and read a good book is very relaxing.
This is an excellent place for you and your significant other to get away and relax.
Another plus is not far, Winter Harbor lobster Coop. is a great place to buy fresh lobster. The people were very friendly and helpful with figuring out which lobsters were the best buy for us.
Over all my wife and I highly recommend this cabin for R&R.

Couldn't ask for more...We've had good luck with every place we've rented but we both agreed that this place is our favorite so far. There are neighbors yes, but privacy is provided by the woods in the summer time. We hardly heard a peep from either one during our stay. There was some construction going on across the street from us but it didn't ruin our stay by any means, and I would assume this is temporary. Flanders pond is smallish but pristing and gorgeous, great for swimming. The dock provides plenty of room for a couple of sun chairs and by 11 AM the it gets great sun. The cabin is oriented as to provide spectacular sunsets every evening.
Also, if you love the varied and mournful calls of Loons as we do, you will get plenty of those.
We're seriously considering seeing if we can book two weeks next summer!
