My stay at this house was ok. The explanation of the rental house on this website is very off and confusing. This rental does NOT has four bedrooms as it says in the beginning of the info and does NOT has cable or satilite, you have basic tv with about maybe 15 channels on the TV. Also there is only a tv in the master bed room and living room. The place over all is nice, but the owner is very rude. Emailed her for my depoit and I get a message back saying, I will not receive my deposit back cause they found the door from the lania to the backyard was broken and that I was to pay for it and had the money deducted from my deposit. It's not the point of not receiving my full deposit back but it's the point that when I messages her back saying acutally that the door nob was already broken when we got there and that it was laying in the grass and we put it on the table so they knew where it was I got NO response back also no response back after a second message to her. Very rude would not trust anyone with my money basically kept apart of my deposit and decided to use it on whatever she pleased and wanted in the house that they broke and blamed it on us after we practically cleaned the whole house from head to toe and did all the laundry and sheets. Also if your going there bring food with you and drinks since nothing is in the house, the house does supply you with cooking pans and utensils, and etc. And bring laundry detergent since you have to clean sheets there was barely no soap there had to buy my own to clean their sheets. If the owner wasn't rude and ignore all my emails I was would have gave this rental house 5 stars but since she can not run a business right I gave her two. Customer service is always number 1 don't ignore the people who are paying your bills!, you don't take people deposit to use in things that were already BROKEN, so if you decide to rent this house watch out for your whole deposit back..

House is even better than described. Excellent for anyone wanting to travel with a pet. Very clean and more than enough space. Whole house is tile floor, back yard and lanai are great for the two and four legged occupants. We all - including our jack russell, really enjoyed our stay

This unit is truely amazing. The description of amenities available were understated, Melinda thought of everything, right down to the zip lock bags. Very well stocked with linens, pots, pans, cutlery etc. This home is extremely clean and sound. The house is extremely well maintained and the owners are very quick to respond to any questions. This house is very pet friendly with the fenced backyard and the completely tiled floor through out. The location of the house is within walking distance to Publix (grocery store), a pharmacy, 5 restaurants. We had relatives visit and they were also impressed with the home. The unit is within 25 minutes of 10 great golf courses, 20 minutes to the gulf of Mexico and centrally located in Spring Hill. The house is situated in very friendly community. The only thing that might be a drawback is that the house is near the Hernando County Airport, and you can hear the occassional aircraft on approach or departure.

Myself and my boyfriend came as a couple and left as engaged. The home was emaculate and pictures do not do it justice. The home had more than enough room and the amentities were very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Myself and my fiance will return to this location anytime we come back into Tampa. Spring Hill is a wonderful city with great resteraunts and other basic needs such as grocoery stores and wal-marts. I have suggested this home to my parents for their future get-away. I can not rave enough about this location. Thank you so much Melinda.
