Our house is located in the neighborhood named Indian Neck at the end of a cul-de-sac just one block from the Long Island Sound with private association rights to three separate beaches, all with a view of the Thimble Islands. The beach is safe for all ages, and has a diving board and a float. The surrounding area is great for long walks and biking. It is a short walk to nearby stores and restaurants, especially Lenny's and Bud's Fish, and the local farm-stand market. It is family friendly, quiet and private, with a fenced yard, deck and screened porch for all-weather dining, which is sheltered during the winter months. It is a very casual home, a true beach cottage.
