The villa also contains a powder room and fully-equipped laundry room. Adjacent to the villa, a separate Cottage houses four spacious bedrooms. Two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms each having separate entrances off the front porch, as well as their own bathrooms, maximizes your privacy and comfort during your tropical getaway. The rooms on each end have a lockable connecting door to the adjacent room.
The Master Cottage houses two queen suites, each with their own entrance and bathroom. An outdoor shower pavilion allows for rinsing off after the beach or showering under the stars in complete privacy.

Take a short ride into Dunmore Town for shopping at the Blue Rooster, the Prince Street Gallery or one of the many locals shops. Or walk down the powder-fine pink sand beach to Sip Sip where you can enjoy a pina colada and the lobster quesadilla while enjoying the cool breezes of the ocean. Wade the flats for bone fish, or fish off the dock. No matter how you spend your days in paradise, you will enjoy returning to the peaceful seclusion and luxuries of Coconut Ranch.
We have enjoyed sailing the Caribbean from the Virgins to the Grenadines. When we found Harbour Island, we realized it gave us the best of the things we enjoyed about Islands.
Harbour Island has been a special place for us to visit since 2000. We were first attracted to the Island from magazine articles describing the former capital of the Bahamas and the wonderful Pink Sand Beach for which it is famous(it really is pink!). The history of the island, lack of large developments, the quaint nature of the old harbour front and several world class restaurants and small resorts are several of the things that attracted us. Some of the houses on the water front in Dunmore Town date from 1797. Travel around the island is mostly by golf carts, although there are a few cars. The local population are very friendly and welcome the island visitors. Fly into North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) and take the water taxi on the short ride to the Island.
