The house was beautiful. Kids loved the pool. And the owners and property manager were very friendly to deal with. I will refer them to friends and family.

IF ANYBODY ELSE HAS A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS PROPERTY OR MAYBE YOU DIDN'T GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU! PLEASE. I'M TRYING TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK AND CAROLYN HAS BEEN AVOIDING MY PHONE CALLS! TRUST ME I KNOW. I'VE CALLED BACK FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND SHE PICKS UP!

HER FATHER JACK PICKED UP ONCE AND HE DOESN'T LET ME TALK. ALL HE DOES IS CUSS AT ME AND KEPT SAYING I DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY. THEY SAID WE BUSTED THEIR HOT TUB? REALLY? HOW. THE PIPES ARE UNDERGROUND. IT TURNED ON FOR 20 MINS AND AS THE WATER FILTERED OUT IT NEVER CAME BACK! AND GUESS WHO'S THE POOL GUY? THEY ARE!

I'd give NO STARS IF I COULD!!

The moment we walked in, the owner complained about "Don't disrespect my house." Not even knowing us. And he kept saying that the whole time. Before we even settled in. Then we find out that the owners live right down the street. And they said they could see us from over the fence and this and that is going on. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. We weren't even given the chance to stay before they judged us. So they took advantage of this.

We put down a huge security deposit. Asked how long will it take to receive our deposit back and Carolyn said it wouldn't take long. So I waited. And haven't received anything. AT ALL. Just because we're young? Doesn't mean I'm not responsible.

I'm not even happy with our stay, We ended up only staying in the house to sleep and get ready and left as much as we could. We didn't want to back out of staying in the house the day of arriving and lose our reservation deposit. Because it would be forfeited if we cancelled any less than 30 days of arrival. So they called us two days before arrival to let us know that the security deposit was so and so.

And the cleaning fee, which she cleans up the house herself. It's a lot for just washing linens and towels. That's what she said the fee is for. If we left any type of mess we would be charged for it. We left the house clean! Not a mess. The house was not trashed!

When we got there the grills were all dirty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned for awhile. The outside sink was nasty! I was excited to BBQ right away upon arriving! But instead I had to clean, wasn't it suppose to already be clean when we arrived?

I'm 27, I work hard so I can get away from this pacific northwest weather once in awhile to enjoy a nice vacation. But I get screwed over because people get greedy.

Beautiful yard! Wonderful pool. House came stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and just about anything you could need if traveling from out of town. We hosted a 40 person event in the backyard, and were able to provide all we needed for our guests. Grocery store was SO close. Double oven, 2 grills, 5 cooktop burner, 2 fridges and freezers.

I could really go on and on about the perks of this place, but I am sure people stop reading these posts at some point. Anyhow, Carolyn (house manager) lives across the street, and was accessible anytime we had questions.

I want to say it was a horrible place to stay so no one else will stay here. That is in no way true. THE HOUSE AND CAROLYN ARE BOTH WONDERFUL!!!! We had our wedding here. My family and I loved it. Carolyn was so helpful and kind. The kids loved the pool. The boys lived in the man cave. The kitchen is huge. I was a little worried about the blue carpets, but it really works with the place. There is plenty of room for parking.

If you are going to use the arch, bring tent stakes and fishing line to tie it down with in case it is windy. The only suggestions I would have would be to put cork board around the dart board and put in a bigger hot water heater so we can use the jet tub in the master.

We had a great stay! Coming in from Canada we were a little worried about finding a place over the internet, but Jack, his daughter in-law and her husband we very nice, and more than helpful during our stay. We stayed for a week and had our wedding here, and the house was more than we could have asked for.. the pictures really do not do it justice! The layout of the house is perfect if you have children it gives them the freedom to run around and have a great time as well.
Thank you to Jack and Caroline for allowing us to experience such a wonderful time in your beautiful home! We will definitely recommend your home and hope one day that we can return as well.

I booked this property for an outdoor wedding. The pictures online cannot show just how huge this property is. It was incredible. The morning of the wedding we were hit with some unexpected rain and it was no problem at all. The patio area was so large I was able to fit my entire ceremony set-up under it and all my guests stayed dry. Fortunalty the rain cleared and we were able to set up my reception in the grass area wich made for some beautiful pictures. All the guests couldn't stop talking about how beatiful the property was. The guys had a great time in the man cave too. This was a great find and i would definatly reccomend it to all. We will be back again for sure. Jack and Carolyn went over and above during the whole stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Great people!

I booked this property for my wedding and it was so perfect. The backyard is amazing and was much bigger once I saw it in person. We had planned for an outdoor garden wedding and were hit with some unexpected morning rain. Fortunatly the patio area was big enough for the ceremony and the rain cleared up just in time for the reception. The yards landscape made such a beautiful backdrop for my pictures. The guys in the party really loved the large man cave area as well. Words can't explain how stunning this property really is. Jack and Carolyn went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great find and I would reccomend it to anyone. We will definatly be back again. We loved everything about this property!!!!

My family and i had the pleasure of renting this beautiful home for 2 weks in late July early August. What can say, you will not be disappointed, the home is spacious, comfotable, very well appointed and the pool area was a god send. Loads to see and do in Vegas as you would expect, its far enough from the strip to relax but close enough to enjoy. All in all a fantastice setting and i would highly recommend it to anyone. A little tip, if you do visit, then go to the Silverton, its about a mile away and the Mexican and Steak house are fantastic!
