My wife and I stayed in the flat for two months this year. Last year we did the same thing, for two months as well. It's a great choice for a couple or a single person. Modern, kept very clean, very well stocked with dishes and electronics, effective air conditioning, excellent location, very helpful owner and staff, well run building, no security issues, good value for money, wifi is password protected and works perfectly........What more can I say? It looks great on the website and the place you walk into is exactly what you have seen on the website. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Buenos Aires.

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely apartment which is perfectly located to explore Buenos Aires while staying in one of the trendiest parts of the city. It is very conveniently located, close to bars, restaurants, shops and of course the Subte (Metro). It is much better and more comfortable than staying in a hotel.

Our stay at the Humboldt and Charcas appartment in Palermo Hollywood was Perfect!

I was hesitant to book with any other companies, such as BA Habitat or Oasis because they required a full payment of the property before arrival and that made me a little nervous. When we saw Perfecto Lugar, their YouTube video and other reviews on FlipKey, we thought it would be a reliable place, and we were right. The owner, Alejandro Sorrentino is absolutely wonderful. He was quick to reply back to all our e-mails, and we kept in touch as we booked early. He sent us a step-by-step procedure that was very easy, and required a deposit payment and the rest upon arrival--which we thought was very professional.

Alejandro also arranged for a taxi to pick us up from Ezeiza Airport for some extra pesos, but not that much more than the current taxi rate. It gave us a sense of comfort to know that the driver knew exactly where he was going and we didn't have to worry about directions. At the airport, there was a company holding our names upon arrival and everything went smoothly. Alejandro greeted us at the appartment to give us the key. The building is very cute and it has a boutique feel to it. We were happy to see two security doors that you had to lock every time you left/came back in because it felt very exclusive and safe.

The appartment 3c was everything we had hoped for, and was a true representation of the pictures and video we had seen online. It was very clean and it had EVERYTHING a person might need; it was truly like our home away from home. The kitchen had utensils, tea kettle, coffee machine, nice cups and glasses, tea, etc etc. Though this is not a huge apartment, the use of space is excellent and it looks very modern and chic. The bathroom was excellent, it even had a bide and a professional blow dryer and hair straightener which were VERY useful, and as a girl and made me very happy. We stayed for 9 nights and the apartment was cleaned once throughout the week, and new towels were provided to us. Another great feature was the wifi and the converters and adapters that Alejandro had. Truly-NOTHING was missing from the apartment. It even has a little balcony which is super cute.

Overall--great location, great apartment, great stay and I would not stay anywhere else in Buenos Aires. Alejandro is truly professional, and his assistant Gaston is very helpful as well.

We originally planned to stay in the apartment 3 days, but enjoyed the apartment and BA so much, we extended our stay to 10 days. The apartment is v. close to the subway (subte), a mini market, large grocery and many restaurants. We found it very easy to commute from the apartment to different neighborhoods by either walking or taking the subway.

Alejandro is very kind and easy to work with too. He met us at the apartment, showed us how to use everything and was then available via email/phone for the remainder of our stay. We couldn't recommend the apartment enough. It's just perfect.

The only thing to be aware of relates to currency. Alejandro accepts payment in Euros or US dollars only. Argentina is suffering from terrible inflation... and Alejandro does not accept the Argentine Peso. So, make sure to bring enough cash to cover the rent.

I could not have been any happier with this apartment. The apartment is as beautiful as the photos. Everything within the apartment was high quality. Alejandro, the owner seemed to think of everything. The building felt very secure and was only accessible by double keys.

I loved the neighborhood feel of the location. The subway was an easy walk, a block and a half away, and was a great way to get around the city. Taxis were available within minutes of walking outside of the apartment.

I was initially reluctant to rent an apartment instead of staying in a hotel. But I am so glad that I rented this apartment. It had all of the modern comforts of home, and it enabled us to feel like we were actually living in the wonderful city of Buenos Aires. I have absolutely no complaints about this property.

Alejandro was a gracious host who made sure all of our needs were met. He definitely goes the extra mile with everything regarding the apartment. The fact that he spoke fluent English was also a bonus. If I ever return to Buenos Aires (and I hope to return), I will definitely stay at one of Alejandro’s apartments.

We really loved staying here during our trip in Buenos Aires. The place is well kept, great location, and fun! As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed and at east. The living room is cozy and the bedroom is perfect amount of space. The kitchen and bathrooms are very functional. Ale has provided quite bit accessories to really make your stay a pleasure. From the balcony to the TV on a swivel, this apartment will make you feel at home.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay and it was great value. So close to everything,restaurants,supermarket and subway. The apartment was spotless and Alejandro was a very accommodating owner. If you stay here you won't be disappointed!

We would have to agree w/the other reviewers - this is really a neat place to crash when visiting Buenos Aires. We're big walk-everywhere-ers - and you can walk to everything from here, including a huge grocery store. Staying in a neighborhood like the locals made our visit special. Alejandro, as expected, was nice as could be and more than accommodating w/any request.

We tend to like it very dark for sleeping (so the sun doesn't wake us too early). If you're the same, we recommend you pull down the steel shutters when you hit the sack - there's an access panel to the right of each set of windows w/a fabric loop that you pull on to engage them (otherwise the shades, which were super cool/nice, just weren't dark enough).

We loved coming back from a night out and going to "our" apartment - we think a few locals were surprised to see us entering the building! The pictures speak for themselves - it's pretty sweet setup.
