This was our first trip to Disney. We thought about staying "on property" but opted for the comfort of being in a home. This home is conviently located among retail & grocery stores, restaurants, has a well equipped kitchen, laundry, large beds, and a pool. After a long day at the park, it was a treat to return to a spacious home (vs a cramped hotel return) and enjoy a pool all to ourselves. We will recommend this Tammy's home to our friends & family and would stay there again if we ever take another Disney vacation.

This home is fantastic. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. We have rented many vacation homes in the past, and I have to say that this home is the best we have ever stayed in. It is wonderfully decorated with so many beautiful things and even has the stainless steel appliances. I don't even have those in my own home. :-( The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed for cooking. And I have to say that this house is one of the first ones we have stayed in that supplied us with dish washing soap, dish washer liquid, trash bags, and coffee creamer and sugar. That was nice not having to buy those few things.

All the beds were very comfortable ... even the Roll-away beds.

And I have never, ever seen so many towels in one house. Of course, our girls had to get a new one every other day - LOL - "just because". They loved swimming in the pool every evening, even though it was not very warm - outside - when we got home in the evenings. But they didn't care.

The game room was great. We didn't use it as much as we thought we would, but it was nice to have that option.

This home is also in a perfect location ... for the Disney parks. Taking the back route to the parks saved even more time. Shopping is close by too ... restaurants ... mini-golf ... markets ... you name it, it's there.

Very quiet and nice neighborhood. We visit the Kissimmee area about once every two-three years. And I can say without hesitation that we would rent from Tammy again. She is fantastic to work with and talk to and I would highly recommend renting from her. Wish we could go back now and stay for a few more weeks!

WIth 4 young children, hotels can get pretty expensive for our family. We realized it was less expensive for us to rent a house than to reserve 2 hotel rooms. This house is AMAZING!!!! The pictures do not do it justice! Our children LOVED the themed rooms (my daughter even kept her room clean!) -- and we loved the extra space. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with the necessary pots and pans etc., there were more than enough clean towels... The pool was a huge hit for the kids on our days "off" from the parks. And it's always nice to go home with a suitcase full of CLEAN laundry! Tammy was amazing! We've rented a handful of houses in the past, and she was such a hospitable owner. Her email responses were usually within an hour or so, and I greatly appreciated her phone call to make sure we arrived and that everything was okay. We're not used to such "luxury" -- and we hated to leave. In this case, you get so much more than you pay for! Thank you, Tammy, for EVERYTHING!!!!

Perfect for families with children. Close to parks, restaurants and shopping. Having the pool so close was perfect when you have a sleeping 2 yr old was ideal so everyone else could swim. Really enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I stayed for 17 days in February. We enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Any family with children would love the themed bedrooms! The house was close to restaurants and the parks. We tried many restaurants in the area, but also enjoyed using the charcoal grill a few nights and the heated pool.
Tammy was excellent to work with. Any email or telephone question was promptly answered. It's nice having an owner who cares about her guests having a pleasant stay.
We have rented a few houses and townhouses over the years within a few miles of Tammy's house and would definitely recommend this house.

This was our first time renting a property on VRBO and our first time in Orlando. The house was perfect. Our family of 4 adults and 2 children were all comfortable. The house is a perfect distance from all the attractions. Walmart, restaurants etc. are just min. away. After a long day at the parks we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Our best meal was a barbeque by the pool and a beautiful sunset. When we return we will gladly stay here again. Tammy was awesome to work with and made this experience a breeze.
I must say the kitchen was exceptionally stocked and I was amazed!!! Thanks again for all your help Tammy!!

We had a great time at this property. Tammy was good to work with. The kiddos found the game room very useful to kill time while dinner was being prepared or when they got up in the morning. The pool was nice to hang in and having the barbeque pit was nice. It was very close to Disney which made getting back and forth very convenient.

Great home for our first Christmas in Florida! The neighborhood is quiet and close to a ton of restaurants. Disney is a few minutes away. The home is clean and filled with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be coming back again!
