This three bedroom York Beach cottage is a short walk (.02 mile) from beautiful Long Sands Beach. It has all the comforts of home. It also has a large deck, cement patio with a gas grill and spacious backyard. Guests can also use the amenities at the Mariner Resort (www.marinerresort.com) in Ogunquit which include a heated indoor pool, large outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, and computer access.

Wonderful vacation rental

We had a wonderful week and the home was extremely clean and well kept as were the grounds. The yard was all shaded in the back and the deck was very nice too. The location was just 5 minute walk to Long Sands beach. The house was air-conditioned and very cozy and home like. I would gladly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation. The owners provided excellent customer service. You are close to all the York attractions as well as Oguinquit and Kittery.If you are looking for a great vacation house then this is the one for you!

Family Vacation

Great location for a family vacation. Short walk to a nice sandy beach, also close enough to stroll for ice cream or trolley ride to york and short sands. The house was nice and clean with ample amenities so you don't have to bring everything, such as sheets, towels, beach wagon. For families there was the bonus of a full tub, washer/dryer, and nice size yard for play. Overall a great stay, actually our second year there and hope to return next year.

In one word this rental is like "Home". I have been coming to York Beach (Long Sands) for twelve years and this unit far blows away any of the others I've rented.
The unit is well maintained, clean, and provides all the comforts of home. The owners are great to deal with and quick to respond to your inquiries or needs.
As for the location, you can't beat it...a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this rental.

I would highly recommend this rental ! We enjoyed a wonderful stay and the owners were very attentive from start to finish. The cottage was clean and very accessible to the beach and local restaurants, attractions, etc. We would definitey consider renting again.

Relaxing weekend stay

Stayed the weekend with some friends in early June.
The place was spottless and decorated nicely. It has a large backyard and large deck on the side which is perfect for drinking coffee and smelling the ocean breezes.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
