What a quiet nice place to relax. The condo is within walking distance to shops and stores in the area. The price was right and the timing perfect for us. It was a last minute idea and the days fit perfect for our schedule. The turtles were right at our feet and very interesting to watch. The condo had everything we needed including a beautiful view. We recommend this to anyone looking for a nice time.

Paradise... what else can I say

We stayed here for 6 weeks and were so sad to leave this amazing place. The description that Kathryn provides on the website is very accurate and realistic. We saw many beautiful sunsets, swam with the turtles, saw whales swim by... I can go on and on. The condo really did feel like our home away from home with no conveniences lacking. We are sorry to see that it is already booked for next year. Don't hesitate if you are considering this condo. It really is great!

Most Amazing Vacation!!

My Fiance and I stayed here for two weeks in December and we were absolutely impressed! The view from the room, overlooking the pool and the ocean, was stunning! We saw many beautiful sunsets while we cooked supper in the condo or down at the shared BBQ. The place was fully stocked with all of the utensils/appliances you would ever need. They also had plenty of beach supplies available for the occupants to utilize. The location was perfect! A short walk to grocery stores, resteraunts, beaches, a gym, everything you needed! The condo unit was in great condition and very clean. The whole building was also in great condtition and was well looked after. The condo owners were very easy to work with and polite and professional. Next time we go back to Maui, we would certainly stay here again! Thank you guys for the great stay!

My family and I stayed for 12 unbelievable days in Maui. The unit was beautiful and the view from the lanai was hard to leave. We had a traditional thanksgiving dinner with a group of other families we were vacationing with and we could not believe how well equipped the kitchen was. We also had everything we needed for a beach day-towels, chairs, coolers and an umbrella. Perfect location between beautiful beaches. Our favorite beach was Kapalua. We had yummy fish tacos at Cool Cats in Lahaina and the Warren and Annabelle show was a great night out for the adults.
The owners made everything from booking to check-out a breeze. We had an amazing time and cannot wait to book our next trip in the same unit!

This condo exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing 10 day stay here in Maui. It was easy to find, clean and well stocked with everything that we needed and then some. This was our first time in Maui and we have been all over the Caribbean (staying in 5 star all inclusive resorts) and this vacation tops them ALL. I know the reason for this is because of our stay here. We enjoyed driving around Maui and stopping here and there to take in the beautiful views. In the evenings, we enjoyed walking around the area and always felt safe. We recommend visiting the Haleakala National Park and the drive to Hana. All the beaches were beautiful. We also highly recommend Front Street to walk around and explore the shops and restaurants. My most favorite part of this condo was seeing the sea turtles each day! The Maui people were always kind and helpful and we always felt welcome. We have recommended this condo to many of our friends and my husband and I WILL be returning as soon as we can. Thanks for the trip of our lives!

Great condo, just as the website says. Family friendly. Comfortable, clean, upgraded and very satisfying. Communication with owner was very efficient. No problems. Would visit again and recommend to anyone!

Great email exchange with the owners Kathryn and John. Pictures are VERY accurate. The building is well maintained as is the suite. The suite is furnished tastefully. The deck furniture on the lanai is top notch as is everything else in the suite from the flat screen LCD, to the kitchen pots/pans and utensils. It definitely did not feel like some cheap vacation rental property. The lanai overlooks the pool and the ocean. The sounds of the waves hitting the shore 24 hrs a day was a joy. I was a little worried when I found out there was no AC, but the suite is in a wing of the building that gets the Maui trade winds blowing right through the front door screen/vent and out to the lanai. It was very comfortable at night. The pool is very well maintained and all the best beaches are within 5-15 min drives. There is no sandy beach out back by the pool, but there are stairs that lead to the water to swim. It is shallow enough to get in. The turtles feed in the am and pm everyday right by the stairs. Everything you need is nearby. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We have already recommended to our friends who have already booked for this summer!
