This two bedroom one bath unit sits on a small fishing pond with its own private deck. Convenient to shopping and restaurants is the ideal location for a relaxing getaway. Called the Cozy cottage for a reason, recently updated with new furniture and paint. Even though it is attached to the office, this unit has many repeat guests who like the view from the porch whith a large 6 person hot tub, overlooking the private deck and pond.

All our units come complety furnished with all the modern appliances and cooking utensils. If this unit is to small for your needs or is booked please feel free to call anyway, we may have something else for you.

recreation: Our recreation areas offer swimming, tennis, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, coverd picnic shelter with grills and play area for the little ones.

For a fishing trip you won't forget, try striper fishing. The Fall creek public access are provides boat launch and picnic facilities 2 minutes from the resort. There also is a large full service marina five minutes away as well. Boat rentals, fuel and supplies.

Mill Spring grist-mill-Historic Cival War park & gift shop 6 minutes away.

Monticello groceries and shopping and flea market-10 minutes. Many other attractions and activites within an hours drive, to many to mention. White water rafting, train rides through an old coal mine, Cumberland falls to mention a few.

We stayed at the cozy cottage in Sept. 2010 and without a doubt will return. This cottage is attached to the office and laundry room, but don't let that scare you away. We had NO problems what so ever. We had all the privacy we could ask for. The cottage itself is very clean, and like it says "COZY". The hot tub on the built in porch is very relaxing. Fishing in the pond was a blast!! There is everything you need in this cottage, just bring your food. The owner Steve is a wonderful person and will tend to your every need. I hated to leave. So if your looking to get away and relax this IS the place to do so! I could go on and on but you just need to experience it for yourself.
5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!
