Grandma, grandpa, family, and friends would love to stay in a large, (1000 square feet), luxurious, fully furnished and equipped apartment in the heart of one of San Francisco’s premier neighborhoods, sunny, charming Noe Valley.

This is a chance to stay in the exciting City of San Francisco, but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Noe Valley is a quiet neighborhood in the center of the City. It is filled with beautiful old houses, built in the late 1800s through the early 1900s. There are plenty of specialty shops and great restaurants within easy walking distance.

"The Grandmas Hideaway," recently repainted and newly furnished, offers our guests everything they could want in their home away from home:

Wonderful and quiet

We have stayed in this apartment several times over the past 7 or so years, and I don't know why it's taken me so LNG to write a review. It is always clean and comfortable and has been a great home base for our visits to San Francisco. There is plenty of street parking but the bus line at the end of the street will take you anywhere you want to go. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. The owners are welcoming and helpful. You can't go wrong by staying here.

We just spent 6 days at grandma's hideaway. We found it to be a perfect place to base our holiday from. At the end of a long day it was a comfortable place to relax. Steve was very helpful and provides a lot of extra's the many VRBO places don't. Chocolate eclairs ...thanks :). Also Whole Foods and Starbucks is a short walk and Noe Valley is a charming neigbourhood. We highly recommend staying here.

our family of 3 stayed here for 5 days. what a great spot. the location is right near the heart of noe valley, and the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home, from showing us the pack'n'play available for our toddler to stocking the kitchen with water, oj, sodas, milk, cream puffs, strawberries, croissants. they are not exaggerating when they describe the apartment as a getaway for grandma, but we were able to put the breakables out of reach of our child. we definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely look to rent it on future visits!
