It just does not get any better!
All you will ever need is provided here. Just like being in your own home! I required a place to have a reunion for ten international women. Of course I needed a second condo! With the beach across the street, the gazebo on the opposite side and the hot tub right at the door, I could not have asked for more!
Everything is spick and span, the convenience to all is of prime importance, and there is so much to do!
Your host and hostess will be certain that your stay is comfortable.
I live in Sarasota and could have had my choice, but this was just perfect. My daughter, viewing it from the street, indicated that she would not hesitate to come for a family vacation from Dallas.
So "come on down" --- Paradise awaits you!

Amazing vacation!
We had an amazing vacation at Anna Marie Island! The condo was immaculate. It was so neat and organized. It was spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of linens, pillows, and towels. We spent many hours on the lanai.The pool and hot tub provided a nice alternative to the beach! The location of the condo was ideal -So close to many shops and restaurants. It was the perfect family vacation at spring break. It wasn't too crowded, but yet so much to do! We definitely will be back!

A great time in a fine condo
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very modern and well taken care of. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. I loved the open floor plan.
Sue and Lynn were very easy to deal with.
The intercostal boardwalk and deck were very relaxing and enjoyable. We spent an evening their listening to the sound of the water. The mangrove walkway was very beautiful.
We did not have to go far to reach the ocean. We walked the beach every day and checked out the shells. It was enjoyable to watch the sun go down.
If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful vacation!
We had the most relaxing vacation at Anna Maria Island. We agree with all positive reviews for this condo that we saw before renting it. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious and offered all the amenities we needed. The owners are very helpful and kind. The location could not be better. A very relaxed part of the island but yet close to the restaurants at Bridge Street. We had several long walks at the beach up to he northern part of AMI with even more restaurants. After a nice long walk we used the free trolley to get back to the condo. The beach is awesome! We had very nice weather and were able to swim not only in the two pools but also in the Gulf in January. We also found Bradenton and in particular Sarasota to be very nice cities. We look forward to be back!

The condo and the complex was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
It was nicely decorated and spacious with a great Lanai porch. The photos were just like the condo but the condo was even nicer in person. The pool and hot tub was great. Our condo was in a great location on the Island and right across the street from the Beach and restaurants etc.
I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to go to Anna Maria Island for the lovely old Florida
atmosphere. It was a great vacation. There are lots of fun little shops and restaurants on the bay side as well as the ocean side of the island.

This was absolutely the perfect place for me and my family! The photos are great, however the accommodations and property far exceeded our expectations. Everything you could possibly need is available in the unit. My teenage son loved the fact that the den had a sliding door that created his own room. We absolutely want to return to Anna Maria and stay here again!

our perfect anna maria vaction
I cannot begin to say enough about how much we loved this home! We were close to everything, the beautiful beach which had all of the beach gear rite there on the beach so we didnt carry anything but our towels(which were provided too) and having the 2 pool for the kids and my mom was perfect! we walked to the restaruants and Bridge St every nite.The home was large enough for all for us and my daughter said the twin beds was the most comfortable bed she ever slept in!bathrooms were beautiful and there were alot of amenties in them bandaids,blow dryer etc..more than enogh towels and linens. The den was perfect for my mom and gave her privacy away from my daughters and grandson! We cooked daily and there was NOTHING that wasnt thought of in the kitchen!Every utensil,bakeware,wine glasses,tableware and even some seasonings!It was the 1st vacation I didnt have to go to walmart to buy things to cook a perfect dinner!Bieng able to do laundry was a bonus and we enjoyed the movies &books that the owner provided!We were celebrating my grandfathers 90th bday who lives close by to the home and taking him out to eat(bonefish grill)& shopping were minutes away!We loved walking to the pier to watch the fishermen and the sunsets..AMAZING!! We will return again & again it was truly a home away from home and beautifully decorated!!we enjoyed evey detail of the interior design and charm of the home! loved it!!

Easy Island Living
A great condo designed for easy living. Just walk in, unpack and begin your vacation. Close to the beach, the bay, restaurants and lots of activities. The owners seemed to think of everything that was needed for an enjoyable time and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. We especially appreciated the folder with the restaurant menus, as well as Lynn's restaurant recommendations. The Old Hamburg German restaurant was a personal favorite. We also appreciated the fact that the condo complex had an elevator and covered parking. The weather was perfect while we were there and we can't wait to get back.

Girl friends get away
What an amazing trip with 5 best girl friends! We were so impressed when we saw the condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect...right across the street from the beach! We had sunset happy hour every night on the beach and ate at some incredible restaurants. The food on the Island is fabulous! The condo has a book of restaurants with menu items, so we had plenty of places to choose from. It was the perfect get away for busy women who needed some time to play and rest. The owners of the condo were a pleasure to work with and went out of their way to make sure our vacation was perfect. They really care about making everyone feel welcome and comfortable in their vacation home. Thank you Susan and Lynn for your hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Family Vacation!
Twelve days of sun, sand, naps and cocktails...what more could you ask for? We loved Anna Maria Island and will be back for more as soon as we possibly can. The condo was perfect. The owners were fantastic to work with and were so accomadating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, to answer questions and to make sure we had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is very comfortable, very clean, fully stocked for all your needs, just PERFECT for a family vacation. They have thought of all of the little things that it takes to make you feel like you are at home.
Bradenton Beach Club is a beautiful place to stay. The property is well taken care of. The beach was just a short walk across the street and you didn't have to carry very much, as their locker with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys (all wonderfully provided by the owners) is right by the beach! The pool and hot tub (right next to the condo) as well as the pool in front of the beach were great. The beach has beautiful white sand and the waves most of the time were not very high, allowing our 2 year old twins to play in the ocean. There is a sandbar about 75 feet out from the beach that the girls loved.
We ate at a few of the local eateries while we were there and would like to share a few. Gulf Drive Cafe served a wonderful breakfast, which we enjoyed on their patio looking out onto the beach/ocean. The Star Fish Company and Fish Market had great food for lunch, but please note, it is a locals place that you order at the counter and eat at a picnic table on the dock. We also ate at the Rod & Reel Pier, where we were advised to order off the board not the menu, and we were not dissappointed. Finally, we really enjoyed pizza from the Village Idiot, some of the best we have ever had. This was a perfect place to take our first family vacation with our 2 year old twins. They are still talking about their "vacation home" and the fun they had on the beach. Thanks Susan & Lynn for sharing your vacation home with us!
