Owner Description/Comments:: Bill Blair is a retired school principal who has lived in Carteret County for more than 40 years, and his people have been here for generations. Bill lives in Beaufort, North Carolina, was on the Carteret County School Board for 10 years, and is a volunteer with Beaufort Historic Association. Bill's wife, Deborah Van Dyken, is a family law attorney in Beaufort, was a recent president of Beaufort Ole Towne Rotary, and enjoys walking their dogs, Bubba and Rosie, around Beaufort.
