When we arrived at Tiki Time we were blown away at how nice the house was! It has high end features such as granite and stainless steel in the kitchen and nicely tiled bathrooms. The decor is fun and comfortable. The pool area is so tropical and we loved having our own private pool. The beach is such a short walk away but we rented the golf cart anyway and had a blast with it. We loved that we could load it up with the coolers, umbrellas and toys and the little ones were thrilled with the fun we had tooling around the block. There is a great reasonably priced seafood restaurant within walking distance and right on the beach! The house is located between the Surfside and Garden City piers, both of which have dining and fun things to do. Just a mile away is a great water park and we loved going to the nearby shopping and dining on the Murrells Inlet restaurant row. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and can't wait to return next summer!

We absolutely had a terrific time at Tiki Time. The house is located in a great area, extremely close to the beach. Our kids loved the pool and we had plenty of room in the house. Karen (owner) was wonderful to deal with and we will be back again...

What a beautiful house "Tiki-Time" is! From the moment that we arrived, we were just amazed at the space we had. The whole house is so modern and very, very clean! The kitchen area is very spacous and having all the appliance's that we needed for our stay! The bedrooms are all so comfortable, with spacious closet space! The pool area was cleaned twice while we were there and just made for a very comfortable area to hang out in! It was a very short walk to the beach and just a very short drive to stores and shopping! We will always remember the great time we had at "Tiki-Time" house, and the owner Karen was such a wonderful person to work with! We will diffently be back! Thank You!

spectacular time at Tiki Time!!! Beautiful home steps away from the beach that had absolutely everything we needed. Minutes from the airport and surrounded by things to do for the whole family.
The owners were very easy to work with and helped make our first vacation home rental effortless!!

Wonderful Trip

We could not have had a more wonderful vacation! Everything about the house was amazing. The house was clean, confortable, and spaceous. We were 2 families of 4 (8 total) and we had plenty of space. The convienence of the golf carts made a trip to the beach quick and fun. The neighborhood was perfect. Tiki Time was a trip we will never forget. Thanks Karen!

We had a blast! The house was beautiful and nicely furnished and extremely comfortable. The pool was lovely for a quick afternoon dip. It is clear that this home is well maintained and cared for. Everyting we needed and more was right there for us. A quick walk to the beach and we were all set. We cannot wait to do it again next year!! This is a home we would come back next year it was perfect!!!

Dealing with the owner to arrange the rental was easy. She is very helpful and responds to questions quickly.
The place is great! Very well furnished, spacious, and equipped well. Four golfers this trip. The place was excellent for our use. Plenty of parking, good neighborhood - didn't have warning signs that clubs in the car weren't safe. Very close to all the stores and places you need for getting supplies, or a meal out.
A very strong recomendation. This place works for golfers, big families or multiple famlies.

Fantastic Vacation

We rented Tiki Time for a family vacation last March. The house was perfect! It was spacious and comfortable - like home away from home. The living and dining room areas were great for "end of the day" gatherings. The beds were comfortable. And it was move in ready. And with just a short walk to the beach, it couldn't have been better.
We will definitely do this again!

We stayed at Tiki Time in August 2011, there were 3 couples and we had lots of room. The accommodations were fantastic, lots of room to relax in the living room and kitchen area, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is awesome and well equipped. I f you like to relax and watch a movie, they have a large TV with DVD player, it has a washer and dryer,what a blessing that is ,on vacation, you can come back home with a suitcase full of clean cloths and not have to spend a half day doing laundry. It is a short walk to the beech, which we found very relaxing and not overly crowded. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by, if that is what you love to do. I would suggest this beautiful condo for a family or a group of friends. We will be looking to rent this again.

Our family had a wonderful visit to Tiki Time. The house is really nice and very close to the beach. We will definately consider again on our next visit to Surf Side. I would suggest getting the golf cart.

Tourists without a Car,
Families with Teenagers,
Families with Young Children
