You will fall in love with this top floor 3 bedroom 2 bath penthouse with spiral stairs leading to a huge private roofdeck with views of both the Atlantic and the Bay. Eat meals you prepare in your fully equipped kitchen, dine at a table for 8 overlooking the stunning water view.

The master bedroom has a King bed, large closet, en suite bathroom, bay view. Four kids will enjoy two twin trundle beds. A second guest bedroom has another King sized bed. There are 2 Futons in the Living Room.

Turtle Cay is located on Plantation Key near mm 89, part of the town of Tavernier and the village of Islamorada. Relax by the heated pool, hop in the spa, or play in the sand, bayside. Enjoy the exercise room. Surf the Internet using Wi-Fi ( WiFi ). Rent a Kayak locally. What makes this condo unique

We love the open concept kitchen-living room-dining space in the condo and the roof deck. We love looking out at the water from the dining room, the master bedroom, and the master bath. We love the way that residents naturally gather at sunset on the dock or at a sandy beach area called Sunset Point to watch the sun go down. We love seeing pelicans, ibises, egrets, fish, and even manatees from the dock on the bay. The only thing we hate is when it's time to leave.

Awesome Christmas in the Keys

Our stay over the Christmas week was amazing. The condo is beautiful, comfy and very well maintained. We loved the private rooftop. It was nice to relax in the sun. The condo was in the perfect location for us. We didn't want the busyness of Key West but were close enough to make two trips down to enjoy the night life, great restaurants and the sunset on Mallory Square. There is much to do within a short driving distance from the condo: Bahia Honda State Park, Sombrero Beach, John Pennekamp State Park, boat rental places and fabulous restaurants. Make sure you go to the Islamorada Fishing Company for scrumptious food and a beautiful view. There is a supermarket nearby and with the fully stocked kitchen, we were able save some money and eat in as well. Every morning was spent on the wharf or the mini beach at the condo looking for creatues and exploring. We were in awe when we saw an octopus right off the dock. The pelicans were very intertaining. The sunrises and sunsets were picture perfect. We had great weather everday and took full advantage of it. You will love this place and all it has to offer. We hope to return some day.

Immaculately Clean ! Having rented in the past, we are always cautious and all concerns were erased the minute we walked in. The condo is very spacious and is great for family time and for when everyone wants to be alone for a bit. 2 zone a/c control is awesome. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and utensils so eating in was not a problem. Beautiful views, especially from balcony, master bedroom and dining room. Pool was very nice and not crowded at all.

Great location to upper and lower keys. Many of the best restaurants and attractions are a short drive.

Would recommend !!!

We think that our condo is in a very nice location for a vacation and has some very memorable sunset views whether you are on our balcony, eating dinner at our dining room table, or on our private rooftop. We think the restaurants nearby are the nicest in all of the Florida Keys. But if you love to cook, eating in will be a pleasure.

1st Week in Feb 2011 - We loved this Property

My wife and I along with our 2 young children really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was completely renovated recently and the owners did a fantastic job with the layout and furniture. All new appliances, including (3) flat screen TV’s w/ DVD (was great for the kids). There are also very nice views from the kitchen, master bdrm and porch.The property was nice and included a few added features that my family really enjoyed:
*They have a kid’s room on the main floor with games, ping/pong, ECT.
*There is a nice sized baby pool which was rarely used by anyone but us during our stay.
*There is a playground for the kids to use.
*There is a very nice gathering area including a fire pit, gas grill, smoker, and a white sandy beach. The views from this area are incredible and sunsets there were spectacular! You can bring your catch and drinks down to the grill and relax by the water.

Cons: The majority of the residents are +65 (which we actually liked) no noise. But if you are looking for a young crowd this is not the place.

We will be back next year for sure!!

Owner's Response: We also love the kiddie pool, the fire pit, playground, and sandy beach area! The kids love to watch the fish and pelicans off of the docks in the morning before the day's adventures, while the grown-ups like to bring their coffee or tea out to the water's edge among the peaceful and fragrant mangroves. Everyone likes to watch the sunsets at dinner time.
