Photos and Description of the New Orleans vacation condo rental
2 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 4

Just around the corner is Bourbon Street, but get your cocktail to go, because you might just want to kick back on the gallery (balcony/deck) of this great place to take in the scene, or just enjoy the details in cast-iron of the gallery. Built in 1859, staying here is like living history. Great views of downtown, Cold Air Conditioning, wood floors, full kitchen, ceiling fans in bedrooms, washer and dryer in unit.

Perfect Location in the French Quarter

The location of this condo was ideal for our vacation. It is only 1 block away from Bourbon St, and a short walk to Canal to take the streetcar. After sightseeing all day it was nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the street musicians and just people watch. Very close to good restaurants like Brennans and clubs. The condo was very spacious and clean. There is a premium parking garage with easy in and out just two short blocks on Iberville if you need parking. I would highly recommend this condo and will.

AWESOME CONDO ON ROYAL STREET. LOCATION IS PERFECT..CLOSE TO ALL LEVELS OF DINING WITHIN THE FRENCH QUARTER. YOU CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANT TO EAT AND SPEND, IT IS ALL WITHIN A SHORT WALK. THE CONDO IS VERY COMFORTABLY FURNISHED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MAKE FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY. WE TOOK TOURS EVERYDAY AND THE MEETING LOCATION FOR EACH WAS VERY CLOSE. ALSO, VERY EASY TO WALK TO FAMOUS NEW ORLEANS STREET CARS AND CONNECT TO THE GARDEN DISTRICT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CODO AS AN AWESOME LOCATION FOR ANY LENGTH OF STAY. ROYAL STREET IS ALOT QUIETER THAN BOUBON STREET AND THE SHOPPING IS GREAT.

Great Spot!

I rented this apartment for my groomsmen and me for my wedding over the weekend. Having spent extensive time in New Orleans, I can tell you that Royal Street is an ideal place to stay if you are looking for a central location to enjoy the French Quarter, but actually want to get some sleep at night. The Apartment itself was very nice. High ceilings, open floor plan, good bathrooms, and comfortable mattresses make it a big step up on many of the hotels in the area. I would recommend this spot for anyone who is wanting to explore the French Quarter, and because of its location you can walk anywhere you would want to check out.
You are one block from Bourbon, but the street level noise is not a factor because you're 3 stories up, and have another building between you and Bourbon. You are also minutes from all of the Brennan's restaurants (amazing places, check them out!) as well as some of my favorite bars in town, like Carousel Bar in the Hotel Montileone and Napolean House (great Pimm's Cup).

The only caution I would give is that you have to take stairs to reach the apartment, so if you have difficulty with steps and require an elevator there could be complications.

Overall, I have no complaints at all about my stay and would love to use this venue again if I have a group of friends coming in town for a few days. Great Place!!!

Wedding in New Orleans

We had wedding in NOLA, and this condo was awesome for the four of us who rented it. The location was the "highlight" of this rental, Royal Street was amazing just sitting on the balcony listening to the music and people watching. Bourbon Street is great and this condo was just one block off Bourbon and it was not as loud or crowded. I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet, close to everything condo. The condo is a third floor unit but it is well worth the "trip" up. The property was clean and the tempur-pedic beds were amazing. We had not issues with the condo or the owners. Everything went great. So if you are looking for something different and unique this condo should do it.

I have been coming to New Orleans every year for about 7 years now. I have stayed in mostly hotels but a few years ago we started looking at rentals. This rental is hands down the best place we have ever stayed! It was like night and day compared to the others! It is located on beautiful Royal Street. The condo itself is huge by French Quarter standards! Two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms! It has a spacious living room/kitchen area and a balcony that is awesome! It is within walking distance of down town, Jackson Square, and of course Bourbon Street! Daniel was wonderful even though we were unintentionally a pain in the butt upon our arrival:) He helped us through everything and we appreciated him very much. I will never stay in another place as long as this rental is available. It does have a beautiful staircase so you must be able to do stairs with no problem. If you can do that......You will love it:)

Great Condo - Great Location

Four adults stayed here for three nights. The condo had plenty of room, was comfortable and has a terrific balcony!!! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching/listening to the street performers and bands that play on Royal St. on the weekends.

The condo is in the heart of the French Quarter and close to all of the sites, bars and restaurants. The best part was the Camellia Grill diner only one block from the condo - best place for breakfast and late night snacks!

After visiting New Orleans many times and staying in cramped hotels outside of the French Quarter, we were very happy we selected this spacious condo in the middle of all of the action!

One consideration - the room is located on the third floor, so there are about 50 steps to climb to get to the condo, and there is no elevator.

This was a lovely accomodation and perfect for the five people in my party. It is a great location and very spacious for a place in the French Quarter. It has two spacious bathrooms and great mattresses on the beds. The place is right next door to Brennan's, but we had a horrible experience the day we were there. I would highly recommend the Bourbon House right down the street for an excellent meal and exceptional service. I look forward to returning again to New Orleans in the future and hope to be able to rent this property again.

The location of this condo was ideal for our vacation. We arrived just as the Mardi Gras festival was getting started, and were able to watch street musicans from the balcony. Very close to good restaurants and clubs. The condo was as lovely as pictured - very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this condo. I would stay here again.

The owner was easy to work with, quickly returned our cleaning deposit.

Perfect Condo!

Every year for 15 years we have traveled to New Orleans and stayed at many different hotels. This is the first condo we have stayed at and I know we are already planning on staying here again.
Four of us stayed at this condo January 2011, it was wonderful for each couple to have the privacy of their own bedroom and bathroom.
This condo has all the amenities you could want, it like home away from home. Great location, close to many restaurants, Bourbon Street, Rouses Grocery and many more conveniences.
It was very clean and well stocked, I couldn't have asked for anything else. Daniel was great any time I had a question, he took care of everything. I am definitely going back!
