My husband and I purchased this residence in 2006. We both work in Plattsburgh and wanted a residence on the lake because it is a gorgeous area and so that my husband can fly his float plane which is beached very near the residence. The house is too big for two people so we decided to convert the bottom floor to a summer rental since it is such a beautiful time for people to visit our region.
