Our family looks forward to spending the 4th of July at the beach every year. This was our first year staying in Wildwood Crest and it was definitely a memorable one thanks to Margie and her great condo! Owners are accomodating and responsive. Condo is beautifully decorated, clean and centrally located near the beach, stores and restuarants.

Our party included 2 3-year olds, an 8 and 10 year old plus 4 adults. Having access to a full kitchen, a washer/dryer and dishwasher were fantastic. We used the pool almost every day (outside grills for a quick dinner was also a bonus!) and were extremely pleased with the short distance it took to get the beach. Condo has lovely storage unit to store "beach stuff" to avoid tracking unwanted sand into condo. Margie graciously supplies chairs and umbrellas.

Our crew enjoyed the lovely views from the balcony every morning and night. Altho we expected to have a better view of the fireworks display the kids were able to see them from afar from the rooftop.

Our family, consisting of 3 generations, 5 adults, a 4 year old & a 1 year old, had a terrific vacation recently staying in Margie's beautiful condo. Everything we needed was provided, even including beach chairs & umbrellas. The interior is very nicely furnished & the living space was well utilized by our 2 active children.
The view from the balcony is spectacular. The condo is located directly across from Centennial Park & great pathway suitable for walks & bike rides. A new playground is under construction a few blocks to the south.
We all enjoyed the beach & the pool & found the condo environment very family friendly.
We would highly recommend this condo for family vacations.

Margie's condo has everything you need to make your Wildwood Crest vacation a 1st rate experience! The location is perfect, park across the street for recreation and an unobstructed view of the beach from the balcony. The famous Wildwood Boardwalk is in walking distance - about 4 blocks from the door of the condo.

Our vacation party was made up of 4 adults and 3 small children, and space was abundant in the tastefully decorated condo. The furniture was incredibly comfortable and much down time was spent lounging on the luxurious leather sofa and matching armchairs. For those who do lots of vacation cooking (like us), the kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to create a fabulous meal of your choosing - all you need to supply are the ingredients.

The three bedrooms in the back provided plenty of sleeping options - Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom both with Queen Sized bed and a Third Bedroom with twin bunk over full. We did not require the sleeper sofa in the common area so I can't speak to the comfort of that - though I imagine it serves it purpose well. The bedroom area was a bit dark for my taste, but I could see how this would be a positive for many. Light could be added by opening the room darkening shades in two of the rooms. We did have to adjust the Air Conditioning vents in the bedroom area as it's a bit cooler in the back than in the common area in the front - but we figured this out two day's time and have no real complaints about it.

With a vacationing family our size, we really appreciated the washer/dryer in the unit and did laundry each day without any problems. Same with the dishwasher in the kitchen - came in very handy with all the dirty dished we generated.

The pool area was clean and easily accessible. My wife took two of my children down on a cooler morning, and though the water was also on the cooler side - a grounds keeper was around and immediately increased the water temperature!

The ocean view in the mornings and at nights was spectacular from either the balcony or from the family room with it's sliding doors and 4 windows. We immediately missed the scenery upon our return home.

All the other vacationers in the complex were friendly and quiet as all seemed family oriented and seemed to have a common goal to make the experience hassle free and relaxing.

If you're considering leasing this property - I highly recommend you do so if it is available. If you can't get in this year - make sure you do so next!

On a last minute whim, we decided to head to Wildwood Crest for Mother's Day 2012.

From the very beginning, Margie was extremely responsive and professional, going out of her way to accommodate our last minute travel plans and to make us feel welcome to her home. Communication was excellent and thorough, providing full instructions for access to the building elevators, staircases and storage sheds.

The condo itself was extremely large and tastefully decorated with hardwood floors throughout most of the condo - only the bedrooms are carpeted. The furniture is all nearly new and is mostly leather with only the love seat being micro fiber. This was a bonus as my wife and daughters are extremely sensitive to allergies and had no issues with staying here.

The overall living area and size of bedrooms was among the largest I have seen in anything near this price range. In addition, there is a 1/2 bath immediately adjoining the living room/kitchen, which is very convenient and keeps any guests you may have out of the back bedroom/bathroom area.

The layout of the home is excellent for families who go to bed at different times - especially those with teens or college students. The master suite is towards the back half of the floor plan with no windows so is extremely quiet and dark for those vacationers that like to sleep in late. Our college daughters were able to stay up late watching TV without bothering Mom & Dad.

For those that need to do laundry while on vacation, you'll especially enjoy the full size washer and dryer tucked out of the way in a large area off of the back hallway. This too was extremely spacious and had ample room in front of the appliances to accommodate the "dump it and Mom will take care of it" crowd.

Bring your bikes as there are walkways that extend up and down the coast for quite some distance, keeping little ones well off of the streets. The storage closet on the first floor will easily accommodate many bikes and is equipped with new or almost new beach chairs.

The park out front was especially enjoyable as you rarely see such a green expanse of space in front of an oceanfront condo. While no official events occurred during our stay, I can imagine summertime concerts would be a real attraction for renting here. We were able to witness a Saturday morning aerobics class under the pavilion complete with energetic music to get our morning started.

My family has visited Wildwood many times, but this is the first time we stayed at Palm Beach Villas. The condo is beautiful! Very clean and nicely decorated. The view from the patio has to be the best in wildwood. I had my 2 year old daughter with us and the place is well equipped for children. A highchair, pack and play and children’s books and movies are provided. The main living area is so large and open that my daughter had all kind of room to run around. This was the only place that I ever stayed in that I felt at home in. Don’t hesitate to book this condo. Margie is great to deal with and easy to get a hold of if you have any questions.

This was our second year staying in this condo, and it was just as fabulous as last summer. Our family of 8 had everything we needed. Plenty of room, comfortable furniture and beds, spacious kitchen---and so clean!! Also, the condo is decorated so beautifully--looks like an interior designer did it. Plus,the owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a beach cart, a high chair, and a pack-n-play for infants. Makes packing up for vacation so easy. The owners are great to deal with, so accommodating and accessible. Very smooth transaction. The beach is right out front, so lovely to see each morning. There are also concerts in the park right in front of the condo. The kids really enjoyed having "balcony seats" for the concerts. If you do not want to hear the concert, simply shut the sliding glass door and the sound is gone. These condos are well built! The pool area is large with plenty of tables and lounge chairs. It was nice to use the grill there and have lunch poolside. We love vacationing in Wildwood and visiting Cape May and we definitely plan to come back next summer and stay in this beautiful condo once more. Thanks to the owners so much for renting this beautiful place!

Great family vacation location. The condo is spacious, very clean and well appointed. There is an obvious pride of ownership from the decor to the excellent condition of the property The ocean view from the large balcony is outstanding. The location is perfect for us, very convient to restaurants and activities but quiet and family oriented. The owners were a pleasure to do business with. Our only regret is we stayed just 1 week!

We too are very particular about we where stay. This unit get 5 stars! The unit was very clean, open and larger than it appeared in the picture. Everything we needed was right there. The balcony had a gorgeous ocean view, while being right above the town green. We watched several concerts and fireworks right from the balcony. Marge was great to deal with and provided us with all the details we needed for when we arrived, including restaurant info to activities. We would love to go back!
