My daughter and I stayed in this great studio apartment right before Christmas. The owners were very nice and had everything that may be needed for us there on arrival. Had microwave, Cable TV, Internet and a little fridge plus a great bathroom and nook for storing stuff. Loved being so close to Hollywood but so far away from the noise and traffic. The local area has many great places to eat, supermarkets and take away food. Could not fault the studio, it was really clean and modern with two single beds a huge mirror and a cupboard to hang some clothes. Out the back had a great view over the town. Access to a lot of different highways was great and let us navigate around the greater LA area quiet easily most days only taking us twenty minutes to reach the hollywood tourist areas. Pasadena was quite close and found ourselves there for dinner a couple of times. We felt very safe and had the choice of parking our car in the driveway or on the footpath and choice the footpath most days for convenience (never had any issues the street is very safe). I will choose to stay here anytime I come back to LA as it was a nice little place to call home for the week and I found it convenient and our host very welcoming.

We loved staying in Paul and Micheal's studio. It is in a great location, quiet and private, and has a fabulous view. My daughter and I had to be in town for work as she is an actress and it was close and convenient to everything we needed. The next time we are in town, we would definitely try to stay here again! I actually miss our little hideaway!

I went to L.A. by miself and as it was the first time for me in the States I felt a kind of "lost" sometimes. But staying in this studio was just the right thing to do! The owners are so helpfull and nice and always there in case I needed some information or advise. Besides that the area is peacefull and the studio so cozy and with the Jacuzzy which in summer time really helps! I strongly recomemnd this solution to anybody wants to enyoj L.A. and feel like at home!

My husband and I visited Los Angeles for the first time and stayed in this lovely studio bedroom. The location was very peaceful, nestled in the hills above Los Angeles. We went sightseeing during the days and were happy every evening returning to our little home away from home. The view from the backyard is gorgeous and we ate breakfast every morning in the backyard. It felt like we weren't even in a big city even though we were just fifteen minutes from downtown and Hollywood. The studio was cozy and it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. And the price can't be beat. We highly recommend this location for the busy tourist looking for peace and quiet at night.
