The 7th Avenue bikeriding path through Vancouver is just outside the door. All sorts of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries are just around the corner (see the link below). The Stanley Theatre is a few minutes walk up the street. The area known as the Armoury district is a short walk of just a few blocks. All modes of public transportation are very easily accessible. There are many places to rent a bike within blocks of the condo.

We live in the Fraser Valley and love going into the city to experience all it has to offer. We enjoy parking our vehicle upon arrival and not using it until we have to go home. Walking to almost anywhere is a pleasure! This location truly offers the best of everything.
A very central location to enjoy Vancouver. A car really isn't needed. Because our condo is in False Creek/West Fairview/South Granville, walking to Kitsilano Beach or even downtown is not a problem.
