As newlyweds, Dawn and I are raising her wonderful son here in Houston. I am a corporate environmental engineer and Dawn is an Administrator for a pediatric home health care company. I have lived in Texas since 1987. We have a lot of family here and we all love going to Crystal Beach. When the house is rented and we are not using it; we enjoy going to baseball games, shopping, and planning the next getaway vacation for the year. We hope you love your time in Crystal Beach as much as we do.
I helped Dawn finish construction of Luna Bella, then Hurricane Ike heavily damaged the home and we had to go through the building process all over again. After this project, I wanted to be able to help Bring Bolivar Back. So, I bought a lot and built Kay Caye. Its floor plan is similar to Luna Bella's, so we now have the choice of two homes to enjoy in Crystal Beach - IF they're not rented. Kay Caye is close to the GCM Big Store, so it's very convenient in case you need anything from the grocery/hardware store.
Shelling, beach walks, family time, cooking, and entertaining friends/neighbors are a few of the pleasures.
