We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo!!

We were very happy with our stay at Encantada resort. We regret that we didn't get to spend as much time there as we would have liked but the time we spent was enjoyable. The pool was so nice and warm despite the fact that the air was cool while we were there. The people were friendly and very welcoming. The only complaint we had was that the master bed was not as comfortable as we would have hoped. I would highly recommend this to anyone and would definetely stay here again! :)

We were very pleased upon arrival! The condo is very well furnished with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It was clean and well maintained. It have everything we needed for 6 weeks in the kitchen and the rest if the unit. It has it's own screened lanai with a small pool. The complex is quiet and has lovely plantings. We enjoyed sitting outside whenever possible. We had a few small things that needed maintenance during our stay and they were fixed immediately!

It is just a few miles from Disney and a slew of restaurants! There are hair shops and nail salons and any other type of service within a couple miles as well. The location is very convenient to many highways. We commented many times that we love the location of Encantada and would stay there again if in town.

Within a little over an hour you can be at the coast and we did Segway Tours and Estuary Boat Tours etc. We golfed at many different Country Clubs in the area through a discount golf ticket website. We went to Cirque du Soleil at downtown Disney which was fabulous. There are so many things for adults to do besides all the well known things for kids. We can't wait to go back and do things that we couldn't fit in this trip.

The condo unit was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. The owner made it very easy to get things set up for the 6 week rental. It was a great experience all around!

We rented this unit for 3 days a second time. Encantada is a very good place to stay if you are visiting Disney. It is only around 10-15 min. by car to all the Disney parks and probably 20 min. to Universal. The outlets and the major malls are only around 15 min. away. 5 min. from a SuperTarget & Publix and a gas station is next door. We made frequent stops at the Super Target and occasionally at the Super Wal-Mart.

The resort is very quiet, sitting off of Irlo Bronson Hwy. a bit. The community is gated, so not just anyone can get in. We felt very secure at the resort.

The resort was clean and tidy. From the clubhouse you have a great view over the lake with a water-fountain. My wife and me took walks around it frequently as a stress reliever. Our kids had fun catching/releasing fish in the resort lake.

The resort offered lots of fun with the child accessible pool, club house with game and gym. There were more amenities than I had expected in the Clubhouse and our kids made use of the larger swimming pools, table tennis, pool table, restaurant/bar and arcade room facilities. The resort has recycling for an Eco-friendly stay, which we really appreciated. It was the best of both worlds - we had our own villa accommodation and hotel type facilities.

The villa was very clean, comfortable, very well equipped and to a high standard. We were in a 3/2.5 unit and had plenty of room for everyone that joined us for this vacation. This home was very tastefully decorated, the furniture and floors must be all quite new. Having a regular washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and our own pool really made it a great vacation.

The own pool has a removable gate around it so we felt safe leaving the patio doors open and the pool area secured while we prepared dinner or had a nap! A patio table with 4 chairs and special pool kitchenware pampered us while the sun set.

Booking through the owner was very easy - he was professional, friendly, and answered our inquiries quickly. Check-in took 5 minutes. Check-out 2 seconds! Front doors are all key codes so you don't have to worry about keys.

The owners on-site property management company have an exceptional staff who offers true customer service. They were friendly and willing to help with any problems you have ASAP.

I'd highly recommend this villa and resort for families: clean, private, great value, and super close to Disney and shopping. In conclusion, we loved it and will definitely stay again.

I would definitely recommend your villa to friends going to Orlando. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how much we enjoyed your home at Encantada. The space was perfect for us; it was clean and well stocked. We did have to contact emanagement regarding the wifi connection, but they were very quick about resolving the issue and getting us the correct number for connecting.
We will definitely contact you again when we travel to the Orlando area - although it may not be for another two years! : )

Our family had an amazing time in this beautiful villa. Had all the amenities that we could have looked for.
Encantada was excellent and the resort itself was 1st class. The location of to all attractions is excellent. It took us 8 minutes to get from the driveway to Disney!! We will definatley be back and will reccommend it to all that we know who will be vacationing in Orlando. Very nice and fast contact!
